- The vehicle will be a 5-seater sedan, 7-seater MPV or 9-seater van, based on the number of passengers
- We have a very strict regulation of being on time. If passengers do not show up in 10 minutes, our driver will leave and there will be no refund, that includes flight delay. Generally, it will take an hour to collect your luggage after landing. Our suggestion is to book a ride 1.5 hours after your flight arrival
- You will receive all the essential details (driver's name, contact and car plate number) one night before the trip via email. The driver will show up at the place you requested
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate
- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.

Contrate transfer desde aeropuerto de Taipei, con anuncio de vuelo y compañia. A la llegada no me esperaba nadie. Tuve que coger una taxi para ir a la ciudad. Despues no me atendieron y poco menos que me llamaron mentiroso. Son unos miserables y mentirosos.Los tramites en estos aeropuertos suelen tardar del orden de media hora como minimo y si llega el vuelo algo tarde NO TE ESPERAN.
