Where do I start?! This experience was one of the best things I’ve done. We got a speedboat to the catamaran and the staff were so helpful and engaging. We set sail with music playing, drinks being served and friendly chat from the staff telling us about the day. We boarded another speedboat and went to see a waterfall which dried up in the summer and is only accessible by boat. On the way back to the catamaran we say wild monkeys 🙊 Back onboard the catamaran lunch was served, a delicious selection of bbq’d fish, chicken, sausage, salads and bread. Then off to the island. It was just brilliant! Please do book with these guys, they are ace and could not have been better. 💛💛💛

Superb day out on Tino boats, well organised with plenty of Rum and good BBQ on beach. Ticked all the 5 island boxes! Monkeys, Snorkelling, Beautiful beaches and exhilarating speedboat rides.

Tinos boats provided the tour and I have to say it was one of the best value for money and most enjoyable excursions we’ve ever done as a family on holiday. The skipper was brilliant- he ensured everyone had a great time and really went the extra mile in maximising the experience for everyone. Not only did we visit all the expected locations but we also spotted dolphins, turtles and even had monkeys onboard from the trees that we were able to feed. The boat itself went at quite a speed with the skipper circling and jumping waves it really added to the entertainment. Capped at 12 people and great music throughout - I give this excursion a big thumbs up!!!!!

Would highly recommend Tino’s Boats. The skipper was great, he explained what we would be doing throughout the day, talked about the different islands and gave us lots of “coffee” aka. rum and coke. The highlight of the tour was getting to see and feed the monkeys. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, but this is no reflection on the service we received. The guide tried his best to do everything dispute the rain. They do also give the option to postpone the trip if you wish Togo on a nicer day but we didn’t have time so we went anyway. The snorkelling was great, and a turtle even swam past near the lighthouse! The food was great on the island and they kept bringing more around, as well as drinks. There was an option to leave tips after the food which we gave, we did think this was for the skipper too but at the end he also had a tip jar, so we did give him a tip too. We’d have preferred to give him all the money as he had the biggest job entertaining us all day ☺️

Would highly recommend to everyone visiting Mauritius. Very good value for money. We had so much fun on a group tour on 20th of June. Visited 5 islands, there was also time for snorkelling around colourful fish, looking for dolphins, watching monkeys and a tasty barbecue. One of the most enjoyable days during our stay.

Boat driver was responsive and courteous - we went out o a terrible rainy day but the experience was still great particularly the snorkelling. We didn’t take full advantage of lies aux cards given the weather and the barbecue lunch was ok - nothing special - with a bit of effort could have been lovely - service there was good and food plentiful Also no find so ask for these before you go out

Edgar and Roman were excellent in their communication with me to set up a tour for 16 of us while on a cruise. On the day, they picked us up in a mini bus, drove us to the other side of the island where we boarded the catamaran and took us out to snorkel and to the waterfall. The lunch they cooked on board was excellent, the drinks cold and refreshing. they exceeded our group’s expectations, the crew were very helpful and provided us with an experience we will remember fondly. At the end of our catamaran tour, they drove us back to the ship to board well before sailing time so nobody missed reboard ing. Great day and very happy to write this review.

Fantastic day out on the beautiful waters of Mauritius with Tino Boats. Excellent value, sensational service by the crew, beautiful food. They just did everything right to make sure we had the best shore excursion from our cruise ship. Can highly recommend. Thank you Edgar and crew.

Nice day out but the BBQ was not great. First time I have ever been served chicken with two live bugs on! They were baby cockroachs, eating the chicken. When I got served this the shock on my face showed to the guy serving who quickly picked it up and gave me a new piece. There was no way I was going to eat that. Fish was ok and I have not got ill. Rum was refilled old bottle. Ask for beer if you want it, as its not offered same with diet coke. U have to pay extra for coffee, and beach is boring, just wanted to get back. I tried to find a toilet on the 'private beach'', and then saw where they cook the food! OMG wish I had seen this before eating. Asked for loos, told to go wild in Bush or sea. Would mark this lower but the boat trip was good, but due to rain we came back so fast that I had wind burn on my face, very painful. Basically a rip off for tourists. Why not offer more, I guess they know we won't come back anyway.

The private Katamaran trip was perfect from start to finish! Good service before the trip during the booking process and answering questions. An awesome team on board that makes you feel welcome from the start and was there for you during the whole trip with service, informations about the trip and for photos! The music was very good, the drinks where in point and the food was delicious! The sights (GRSE Waterfall, the snorkeling spot and île aux cerfs) where beautiful and definitely worth it. If possible I would even give an extra point because they even kept it mind that we did this for a birthday and organized a cake with birthday music! Thank you for the perfect trip!

The boat tour was the most amazing part of our holiday, I couldn’t recommend them enough! Everything from arranging the private trip prior to the holiday to the entire tour on the speedboat on the day it was perfect. Special shout out to Edgar who was extremely helpful and accommodating and ensured our trip ran smoothly even after having to reschedule due to bad weather and the biggest shoutout to our skipper, Rajiv - you were amazing and made the day so special for us all. Thank you so much and couldn’t recommend enough!

Gentleman at tino boats office was very friendly and welcoming however crew on boat were not exactly guest focused. No safety briefing was made, alcohol being served before snorkeling, crew all smoking at back of boat. Was expecting more given the high reviews of this company. Ile aux cerf was nice. Waterfall a bit of a waste of a stop.

They aren’t correct. Don’t use their boats. I don’t know how they have such a high rating. We wanted to go to Ile aux Cerfs. They haven’t card payment device. We told their representative at Trou d'Eau Douce port that we had a little cash as it were our last days on the island. He showed us a map and offered an excursion to Ile aux Cerfs, to the waterfall and a third place for lunch.We paid for the first two. He told us we would be able to come back at 14:00, 15:00 or 16:00 whenever we wanted. At 11 o'clock we were on the island. We had to be at the port at 12 to go to the waterfall. We went to the waterfall. So far everything was OK. On the way back, the boat's engine failed. We stood and waited in the bay for more than an hour until a boat came and pulled us off with a rope to some place other than the first. We were offered lunch. We refused and told them we didn't pay for lunch. They said it didn't matter. We showed them we hadn't paid. Again we were invited to sit down and they served us food. We decided it was some kind of compensation for the lost time. After we started eating, they came and told us that we have to pay for the lunch. We explained to them that we had no cash. They told us to withdraw money from an ATM. They put us in front of an accomplished fact, as we had started eating the food. We still thought that they would return us to the first place, which was more comfortable for swimming. Time was running out and at the end they put us on the boat and took us back to Trou d'Eau Douce, where the boss was waiting for us and after a scandal they claimed it was normal for something not to work and they didn't owe any compensation for this. They forced us pay for the lunch we didn't order. We couldn’t swim, they ruined our day and wasted our time. They were rude and unprofessional. We would never recommend them to anyone.
