Fuimos con Moha. Como llovió no subimos hasta arriba del todo. Pero nos pareció muy bonito.
A beautiful excursion, where the people are very nice. Our companion Moha was the best, very generous and friendly. We loved this excursion like all the others that he accompanied us with. Super grateful! We will return.

Mount Toubkal 2 day ascent express trek
Booked the trip via Get your Guide and Marrakech tours. Paid £120 per person for a return transfer to the start of the trek from Marrakech, a local guide named Mohamed Bewajamor, a cook named also Mohamed, luggage transportation via mules, a night in a dorm Refuge and meals ( 1 x breakfast, 2 x lunches and 1 x Dinner) Really superb value!!! The real star of the trek was our guide Mohamed Bewajamor. Ask for his services as he was extremely patient and encouraging as the Trek was really strenuous. The trek itself should not be underestimated. Both myself and my brother in law didn't make it to the summit. It's very strenuous and a mixture of high 30s degrees temperatures and altitude. The first day you walk to an altitude of 3200 metres Andy stay in accommodation called a Refuge. The next day at 3am we attempted to walk to Mount Toubkal summit at 4300 metres. This proved beyond my fitness levels but many younger, fitter wdlkers succeeded. Overall a major highlight of my trip to Morocco and thoroughly recommend Mohamed Bewajamor our guide.

          Family trip
I had an utterly fantastic time with my family staying in the camp tents. The whole thing was amazing. The food was great specially the barbecue dinner; a peaceful and calm place where we could rest face to a panoramic view of Toubkal. Mohammed gave us such warm welcome as well as always ensuring that our needs were met throughout our staying. I highly recommended.

It was an amazing experience: good food, hard work and the views from the top were stunning and made the hard worth worth it! Thanks Mohammed, for guiding us to the top and organising everything so well!

Wonderful 3 day hike in the Atlas Mountains
What a wonderful experience we had in the Atlas mountains! Together with Mohammed our guide, we did a three day hike. The views were absolutely stunning. Mohammed is a wonderful guide and a kind person. Ahmed oversaw our whole trip, which was arranged really well: starting from the pick-up at our riad in Marrakech to the pick-up that was waiting at the end of our hike on day 3. Ibrahim was our cook and the meals were absolutely delicious. And last but not least Ibrahim's aserdoun (if we remember the Berber word they taught us correctly, our mule!) We would very much like to come back to ascent Toubkal and discover the dessert!

Family treking in the high atlas mountains
We (family of 5 - 3 kids between 10 and 14 years old) joined TREK ATLAS MOROCCO for a 4 day (3 night) trek in the high Atlas Mountains - organised beforehand via mail. Mohammed was very helpful in adjusting the route / trekking to our needs and wishes, so we felt confident in advance that our children would enjoy the trip. The trekking itself was beautiful, the mountains are breathtaking and we passed through some nice berber villages, goats farms, waterfalls and spectacular terraced mountainsides. Organisation wise, our English speaking guide (Hussein) was a really nice guy, spoke great English, and was very helpful / knowledgable throughout the 4 days. Throughout the trip we felt really well looked after - very good food, comfortable places to stay the night and good company. As the final "icing on the cake" at our final destination the family of Mohammed welcomed us into their home in their lovely village for mint tea and delicious sweet treats - and spectacular views of the mountains from. their roof top. All round a really memorable experience for all of 5 of us - and one we would high recommend. Thanks a lot Mohammed and Hussein, we hope we can return one day to reach the peak of Toubkal!

3 days trekking in the Atlas Mountains when a summit up Mt Toubkal
Mohamed my guide was excellent throughout and ensured I was always looked after during my 3 days trekking. Hassan the muleteer and chef was great too, his cooking was delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this trekking company if you're looking for this kind of activity out in the Atlas Mountains.

The best company we could have!
From the start till the end.. this was the best choice what we could get. Mohamed is trying to do much more than just guide you. I appreciate his kindness and.. “don’t worry, everything is ok, I can handle it, no matter what it takes” attitude. Thank you for you and hope to see you again! Roberta & Erik

Mohamed is best guide what we have. It’s beautiful trek from Hotel Armed from 1900mnm to Base Camp 3500mnm one day and another day from base camp to the top 4167mnm. Climbing pace is great for beginners. Don’t worry. You do this absolutely without any problems. Thank you for all and for best experience from whole Morocco. You are there best!!! :) Erik & Roberta Btw. If you buy this trek you have included everything. Food, room for sleep and water.

5 day hike through valleys with a climax to the summit of Mt Toubkal
Well organized trip in the stunning region of the Atlas Mountains. We started off in Marrakech where a friendly cab driver came to pick us up and brought us to the place of departure. Although it was raining upon arrival, we immediately felt safe and taken care of by our wonderful guide Arsin. He had more than 22 years experience and explained us a lot about the culture, nature, history,... his French was very good which allowed us to have meaningful exchanges throughout these days. Alongside Arsin, wa had Mohammed, the Mule man, and Abdou, the cook, travelling along with us. No need to tell you that we really enjoyed the lunches that were served on truly magical places, amidst the beautiful surroundings of the Allas. Wrt the weather, we hardly encountered every season. We had rain, wind, snow (on Mount Toubkal!) and sun. What a mix! The hike itself was very diversified and never too hard, at least in the valleys. Day 4 was the most challenging in terms of height meters (+/- 1200m) but worth while every meter of it. We finally got to see the Mount Toubkal which we were going to summit the day after! Very rare for the time of the year but as snow passed by on day 4 pm (luckily we were already inside the refuge), we had to mount the summit in the snow. We got very early to start off at 4:30 AM to arrive 3 hours later at the top, under the fantastic guidance of Arsin. We would never have arrived without him. He gave confidence, paced the hikes very well, had had a good sense of humour and is a truly goodhearted man. I would highly recommend him, for sure if you like contests and want to be the first group that arrives at the refuge ;-) After the descent, a lunch was prepared for us at the refuge. Afterwards we descended back down to the Trek Atlas office from where a cab driver brought us back to Marrakech. All included in the price pp/day Organization and communication: smooth communication with Mohammed from Trek Atlas, before and after the trek, through mail and Whatsapp Price/quality: very good. I would highly recommend Trek Atlas and Arsin in particular to guide you on your trip Thanks for the great service and happy to travel again with you guys! No doubt we'll be back one day!

Epic 5 day Trek across two valleys and to the top of Mt. Toubkal - Highly Recommended
My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful 5 day trek with the Trek Atlas team, consisting of Mohamed our guide and Hassan as our mule driver and wonderful cook. From start to finish, our experience with Trek Atlas was exceptional and the highlight of our trip to Morocco. The trip was professionally organised and managed from start to finish. So glad we choose to go with Trek Atlas for our five day adventure around Imlil valley and to the top of Mt. Toubkal. Communication: Communication with Trek Alas was smooth - no issues in organising our trip with Ahmend, answering any questions we had before our arrival as well as during our 5 days with the Trek Atlas Team. Language: No issues with communication in English. Our guide and mule driver/cook both spoke English and were able to answer any questions we had. Food: Excellent. Hassan cooked up some great meals on the trail and ensured that our meals were always an experience. Guide: Mohamed was a wonderful guide that really took exceptional care of of us. While ascending Toubkal, he was encouraging and providing all the support we needed (putting on crampons for the icy patches). However, the decent was difficult and Mohamed was there to support my wife through many of the tricky areas. A brief overview of our 5 days overview: 4 full days on the in the mountains crossing several valleys and visiting multiple Berber villages was the highlight of our trip. Such a beautiful area. The pace and distance travelled each day was perfect for us and could be adjusted with our guide. Day 1 we walked around 16 KM and walked through two berber villages in the evening. Stayed at a local rest house that was basic but clean (good to bring your own towel for this stay and the mountain lodge). Day 2’s hike was around 20KM across some spectacular scenery and a visit to a beautiful waterfall - great day. The 3rd day was more relaxed as we headed up to the mountain lodge to get ready to hike Mt. Toubkal early the next morning. A long lunch by the river with the most beautiful mountains to look at was wonderful. Day 4 was a long and challenging up Mt. Toubkal. After coming down from Mt. Toubkal (around 6km up and back), we continued on to Aroumd, another 10+KM from the mountain lodge. You’ll be exhausted when you arrive to Aroumd, but it was much better going to Aroumd to sleep in a nice place with private toilet than another night in the dormitory in the mountain lodge! Reflecting on the epic day’s climb to the top of Mt. Toubkal while having a great meal on the terrace was simply amazing. Day 5 - late breakfast and nice walk into Imlil stopping by some waterfalls along the road to town. It was just an amazing unforgettable experience that we recommend to anyone that wants to spend more time in this beautiful area visiting multiple villages. Highly recommend going with Trek Atlas (they offer many other trips and excursions) and spending more time in the area - well worth the time invested. We’ll be back to see more of this area!

          Outstanding service on incredible trip
We have had the pleasure of a most incredible experience, expertly and professionally organised and run by the Trek Atlas team. Ahmed ensured that we had everything we needed and met us at the beginning and the end of the trip, leading us on an extra camel ride to end our experience. Hassan our guide, and team of personal chef and trusted, healthy mule, looked after our needs and kept us very safe throughout. What these guys endure for the sake of our goals is beyond simple service and deserves more than we could say. The food was outstanding at every stage and the riads very welcoming. The moral support and openess of our guide along what is a challenging trek, felt closer to that of a brother. We certainly experienced the humble warmth of the Berber people, in what seemed a welcome and genuine break away from the craziness of Marrakech (fun in its own way, mind!). For sure, the night in a mountain Lodge was far from luxury, but all this was forgotten the second we began the exhilarating second stretch of the mighty Toubkal, (equipped with crampons provided) and was supported all the way to the top. I'm not sure we have ever slept as well as we did the final night at Aroumd after another great meal and yet another "Berber Whiskey" (mint tea)! The following day, Hassan one again understood how we were feeling (sore legs) and provided us with a picturesque walk to the Imlil waterfalls which were beautiful. We had a mint tea and freshly squeezed orange juice and spent time chatting openly about Berber life - another lovely morning followed by a fantastic lunch. A most tremendous and heartfelt thank you for an unforgettable experience.... until the next time!

          Day tour from Marrakech
We enjoyed a fantastic day tour from Marrakech. Communication before the trip was prompt and helpful. A taxi was arranged for us from the Riad and back again in the evening. Ahmed, our guide, was personable and really made the trip. He is very knowledgeable about the local area and is full of anecdotes and stories to accompany you as you take in the amazing scenery. The authentic Berber lunch was delicious. We couldn't recommend Trek Atlas more highly.

          Outstanding Service
In january we took part in a 100 mile trek across the Sahara Desert for charity. Our trek was led by Mohameds team from Trek Atlas Morocco, the whole team was courteous, kind, caring and helpful at all times. I can honestly say the trip would not have been the success it was without them. The food was excellent considering the the conditions and the facilities the team had to work with. As my teammates said the quote of the week was "its amazing what you can get out the back of a camel !!"

Great multi day trip from Marrakech that hits many sites from Ait Ben Haddou to the Erg Chebbi dunes. Driving conditions and accommodations are great but expect to be driving a lot. Also expect to pay several random people in towns for walking you down different streets. Part of the tour is a Berber rug experience. I would recommend not buying a rug in this - it is a huge tourist trap and the salesman will massively overprice for Americans. You can buy cheaper rugs in Marrakech. The night spent in the dunes was my favorite.

Extraordinary family stay with Mohammed as driver and guide. The pickup from Marrakech was very professional, the 4x4, very clean and comfortable. Mohammed is a very helpful, discreet and very pleasant young man. He answered our questions, dropped us off in fabulous places, and told us a lot about his country. The accommodations were really authentic with always warm and welcoming people. If you choose a stay with Mohammed, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again Mohammed for making us live this beautiful stay with family. Good continuation and look forward to seeing you again. 🤗
