Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Charlotte L0 contributionsDon’t leave Morocco without doing this tripAyoub was a fantastic guide! We did so much more than just sand boarding. We saw the village of colour and had traditional tea and breakfast. I can’t recommend this trip or him enough.Written 13 February 2025

- jamesaU8656WI0 contributionsSandboarding adventure! The Sanboarding trip with a visit to a Berber house is a must do! Our guide Ayoub was amazing in every sense, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area. The drive out followed the coast treating us to spectacular views and sites, the Rainbow village is lovely, the multi coloured houses and detailed murals make for some excellent pictures. The visit to the Berber house included the BEST mint tea we've ever had with some delicious bread and sauces, served by the trip company owners own mother! We learnt the traditional way to pour and serve the tea, we also got a bit of incite into the daily lives of the people of the village. Ayoub then took us out to the dunes where we were surprised by a pack of puppies! One of which followed us across the dunes (we called him Tim 🐶). The Sandboarding itself was a lot of fun, after some brief explanation of how to do it we were then flying down the hills (with some spills 😅) if you have any experience with snow/skateboarding or surfing you'll be able to pick it up quickly and if not it's easy to pick up and Ayoub was very good at helping us get it right. Be sure to dress appropriately as there is little shade from the sun and bring plenty of water! We then took a camel ride back across the dunes (as we were exhausted) stopping of back in the village to drop off the boards and we were lucky enough to try some Bananas from a local plantation, which were absolutely delicious. In summary this is a must do trip for anyone wanting a bit of speed and adventure in the dunes. We can't thank Ayoub enough, we will definitely be back someday to take more trips with him personally.Written 6 February 2025

- E3882SPnickk0 contributionsParadise Valley tripThis is a review for the paradise valley trip organised by Amallay Adventures. Our tour guide, Ayoub, was fantastic and provided us with an amazing experience. He went the extra mile to show us all aspects of the valley, facilitated activities such as river swimming and most importantly made us feel safe throughout the trip. I would highly recommend Ayoub and his tour of paradise valley in the Atlas Mountains!Written 26 January 2025

- auntiem20140 contributionsI did it!! What an adventure!!Oh my goodness I cannot thank Ayoub enough for today. I'm no spring chicken, but he had me sandboarding like a pro... no skateboard experience or snow boarding, Ayoub encouraged me all the way to ride that board standing up. The sand was so soft, falling off was not a worry and you don't get cold here. On our way we did some sightseeing and had breakfast in a lovely lady's home. On our way back, I took a local taxi (a camel) to our car. we were treated to bananas grown locally. Everyone we met were so lovely. Back to the sandboarding, give it a go and ask for Ayoub, he is kind, patient and an excellent teacher. He knows the area well too. I felt I had been to the true heart of Morocco and got to know here properly.Written 19 January 2025

My guides, Mustapha and his brother were really attentive and knowledgeable about surrounding areas on the drive up. It was my 1st time sandboarding and they ensured my safety. After being picked up on time from the hotel we drove to paradise valley. There we were walking for a bit and enjoying the beautiful views. Our next stop was a typical berber house, where we stopped to have our delicious lunch. After another 10 minute drive we arrived at the sand dunes. We first enjoyed the view and then started walking to the spot for the sandboarding. It was a lot of fun to drive down the dunes with the boards, and I made some memories I will cherish forever. The guide was really nice and funny, he answered all the questions and was explaining a lot. It was a really good and fun experience. I can only recommend to try this amazing trip yourself, you won't regret it.
