- williamkN1605PN0 contributionsAn incredible experience with a brilliant guide! An incredible experience! The tour was well run, taking us to fascinating spots, including a pottery factory and an argan oil factory. Loads of stops for stunning photos and views. The desert camp is incredible; beautiful scenery and amazing opportunities for stargazing and seeing the sunrise and sunset. Great food too! You feel well looked after with lots of water supplied. A special shout-out to our guide Momo. He is very kind, patient and knowledgeable, keeping a good energy going and with a great sense of humour and always happy to help. Took lots of nice photos for us. Thank you, Momo, for making a brilliant trip even more unforgettable!Written 3 January 2025
- stephschroeder0 contributionsAuthentic Desert AdventureOur family’s 2-day excursion from Agadir to the true desert was spectacular. This trip offered us a unique opportunity to immerse ourselves in Morocco’s stunning diversity of landscapes and rich cultural heritage. The journey kicked off with a scenic drive along the coast, and our stop at Legzira Beach took our breath away. The huge rock arches against the backdrop of the ocean were absolutely stunning – it felt like we were in a postcard. Then, the landscape started to change, and we found ourselves winding through the small-Atlas Mountains, where we were surrounded by rugged, dramatic terrain. It felt like we were in a completely different world with every turn. Our travel guide was very informative and engaging. He shared many stories of Moroccan people and culture. We stopped to admire local pottery, fishing villages, surfers near Sidi Ifni, live camel auctions, a women's collective for argan oils and a silver boutique. We were amazed by the traditional craftsmen. We were also lucky to have a private visit of the Theatre in Tiznit. But the real magic happened as we made our way into the desert. The transition from lush valleys to vast, empty sand dunes was mind-blowing. Then, we headed to El Borj, a modest village, where we finally reached the sand dunes and settled into our nomad-style tents for the night. Sleeping under the stars in the desert was something we’ll never forget. After a delicious dinner, we danced around the campfire with locals playing traditional music, it was hard to believe how peaceful and authentic the whole experience felt. Waking up to the sunrise over the dunes the next morning was the perfect end to our desert adventure. The variety of landscapes, from coastal beaches to mountain ranges to endless desert, made this trip feel like a true adventure. This journeys will stay with us long after we’re back home. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to see Morocco at its most diverse and beautiful!Written 3 January 2025

From the booking, the correspondence, the pick up, the visits to towns /beaches, the sunset/sunrise , the sleeping, the food, the entertainment it was so well planned and was an amazing experience. - R1813ZBwillc0 contributionsExceptionalI was picked up from the airport by Brother Houcine. He was on time, kind and polite. He took me around Agadir for the day. The following day I jumped onto a prebooked trip to Essauouria. Houcine is a careful gentle driver. He is very patient and showed us many places and ensured we had regular comfort breaks. We were not rushed and the best moments were breaking bread together and a moment of destiny along the way. Houcine has a great sense of humour and a wonder host and driver. I will use him again on my next visit 🙏🏽Written 22 December 2024

- Odyssey119692471490 contributionsDesert tripWe had a great day getting to the desert. Although it was a long way,, the breaks in the journey were interesting and enjoyable. Momo our guide was very knowledgable and spoke great English and French. The desert itself was definitely the highlight and is something we will always remember. We returned with new friends - fellow tourists, our tour guide and the very friendly Barrack at the camp. The home journey was via a completely different route which again ensured the long day was both fun and informative 😊Written 27 November 2024

- Charlie J0 contributionsAmazing and unforgettable way to discover Morocco and the SaharaIt was an unforgettable tour! Momo was a great guide because he knew alot about Morocco and he took us to places we would never visit like the pottery, silver factory, fisher village, … He is also funny but calm and professional. The evening and night in the Sahara was amazing! We felt very welcome by the locals (berbers) and had good food and drinks. After we had a bonfire and looked at the wonderful night sky. We made some great memories by learning about Morocco. Would really recommend!Written 7 November 2024

- lings_6250 contributionsMomo is the GOAT!We had the best experience with Best Ride Tours for my husbands 50th birthday last week. Momo, our driver, made the entire journey and trip the best experience ever. We've honestly made a friend for life! We travelled with our two children and another family of four! It was just perfect! The journey is long but Momo had planned out the perfect number of stops so each portion wasn't longer than 1.5 hours. It was perfect for me and my son who suffer from travel sickness. We learnt so much about Morocco, the past and hopes for the future. It was just the best experience and we made memories for life! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Momo and Best Ride Tours. They communicated well, they were on time and delivered what they promised .. an experience of a lifetime!Written 29 October 2024

this attraction is not far from Agadir but it is a hell of a hike to see the actual falls you need to be pretty fit and agile to complete it as it is very much up and down over rough terrain but the walk is worth it with some nice views hotel pick up and drop off was spot on the guide was excellent it would seem every trip you do in morocco you are taken to an argon oil factory and we did 3 trips taken to one on all so they seem unavoidable but on the whole would recommend

We enjoyed our trip overall. It was a chance to see some amazing Atlas mountain scenery, and get a feeling of this part of Morocco.
It's about a two hour drive from Agadir. Some slightly scary hairpin bends. But well worth it if you go on a Thursday. Probably not otherwise. On Thursday in Imouzzer there is a market that is a real sight to behold. Practically no tourists, and crowded with locals, and an atmosphere that is impossible to describe, but pure moroccan.
The cascade falls only usually have water November, December, and January, So don't go for them outside of this season.
Our driver was good, but he wasn't much of a guide, telling us very little. His english was poor too, so not easy to understand.
Summing up, it was well worth going to see something of the real Morocco. But the guide could have been better.
