These guys are amazing! The rental process was easy, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and prepared before heading out on my own. I especially appreciated their kindness with all my questions. I will definitely rent from them again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent scooters in the Waikiki area.

Had a great day, with the wind on my helmet. Very pleasant ride to Pearl Harbor, and just zipped around town. The Palace, Leonard's, Ali Wai Blvd. Ala Moana Shopping Center.Traffic started to get a little more congested so I figured it was a good time to turn it in.

Getting the bike was fine. Trying to extend for 2 hours was miserable. Managers should be able to manage. Will NOT be suggesting any of the XXX pilot group use your services due to an outrageous charge and lack of flexibility. Since this initial review went up the UPPER management team reached out and has made changes to their extension policy. Proof that negative reviews can garder changes. The first response from the on duty managers was…’so, we wont do anything’, but since the previous review the extension policy has changed according to those at Hawaiian Style Moped that have been in contact with me. Hopefully along with this change also is included a larger scope of MOD to make day to day changes/ corrections to better serve their patrons.

Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful, and equipment was in good shape. My daughter was a little scared and not really wanting to do it, now she wants to buy a moped for cruising around town at home.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I was a little apprehensive about driving one, but they made me feel that I could! And if not just come back, no problem.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was difficulty in trying to reach out by phone when I had a conundrum with the bike. Aside from that and the limited speed of the moped, it was a great experience being able to ride all around Honolulu and Waikiki. A more exhilarating adventure than riding in a car or on a bicycle or bus . The views were majestic and breathtaking. I would recommend this shop and the Waikiki Beachside Hostel to anyone who vacationing on the island.

Great experience. 125cc is a little underpowered for two people but still handle great on local roads. Great cruising along the coast lines.

It was a great experience, the bikes were great. They help alot and if you are too tired you can use them as motorbikes, they do everything by themselves :) It was really fun and worth it!!!

Renting the moped was quick, easy and affordable. No complaints except one of our mopeds had trouble starting but we got it and had no problems after that.

The two staff we encountered were great! Patient with us during the process and good instructions on how to use the bikes.

Andrew was kind, courteous and professional. He took the time to familiarize me with the moped and made sure that safety was of the utmost importance. He is a valuable asset to the organization and should be considered as such.

My husband and I rented one of their scooters and it was the best money ever spent. SO much easier to get around than with a car and the feeling of ocean air in your face is wonderful. The staff was SO friendly and helpful and we will definitely rent from them again.
