Our driver was right on time and very helpful. Helped guide us to his location, our luggage took over 45 minutes to get to the baggage claim area and driver waited for us to retrieve luggage. Highly recommended this service.

Rating is no stars. Called at 2:30 and was told my ride would be there in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes I called again and was told the ride was on the way. It has now been 1 hour without any ride. The worst service I have ever had.

Service was good, directions at airport were limited. It was difficult to connect the service at airport to notify them of our flight delay. All worked out with the assistance of the airport info booth

We booked a shuttle to the airport from our hotel on Wakiki and received a confirmation email and a reminder call the day before. However, 25 minutes after our scheduled pick-up time, we called to ask where our shuttle was and was told, "Oh, sorry, the driver is having mechanical difficulty, and no one can get you for another hour." No call or text to let us know there was an issue. We had a flight to catch and couldn't wait. We canceled the shuttle and used Uber, which ended up being cheaper, too. I do not recommend this company. They are supposed to refund us, but we haven't seen it yet.

Nice van, nice driver, but asked for 2:00 pick up and got our ride one hour after we landed. 2:30 rather than the 2:00 we requested. Made a long trip even longer.

We used it to get from the airport to our hotel and vise versa. Easy to book, on time with friendly and helpful drivers. I would highly recommend this shuttle service.

All this nonsense of calling when you get your luggage only to wait OVER an hour!! Did call several times in that hour to no avail. Unfortunately I had so little faith in this company to be prompt on the return, I didn’t use them for the return trip.

Shuttle arrived right on time for our trip to the airport. Driver picked us up at our hotel and was courteous and professional. Great service and huge improvement over another service we had reserved when we arrived - they didn’t even show up.

Everything went well. The driver picked us up in good time. We enjoyed visiting with him on the way to the hotel. He was a good driver. It was a good experience so we also booked a reservation from the hotel back to the airport.

I'm an international traveller. I booked the shuttle to take me to my Waikiki hotel from the airport. There was no information provided in the e-ticket or emails regarding where to meet the shuttle. I spoke with a very kind man who was directing taxis who called Fly Shuttle as I couldn't (as I couldn't make international calls). They told me to go to Pick-Up 3. I was there 10 minutes before the allotted pick-up time. The shuttle arrived 35 minutes after the pick-up time. There was no apology for running late. There was no conversation. Driver spent time on his phone while driving. I was disappointed in this service.

Good service for a airport shuttle. Easy to connect with upon arrival. Quick drop off at my hotel by courteous driver.

The ride was pleasant however we were greeted by a representative that would not help with baggage that took us to a bench outside and said someone would be there to pick us up in about ten minutes. After sitting there about 30 minutes I called the company and they stated it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. Our driver was very nice and helpful. After an 11 hour flight we were not very happy with the waiting.

The pick up was excellent and everything was done on time. The driver was very nice and make sure that our bags was secured.

Initially the driver wasn’t at the airport however after a phone call, the driver appeared in a very short space in time. I wouldn’t hesitate to travel with them again.
