The Park began as a personal collection of animals, which the owners decided to open to the public and let the visitors help with the cost of operation. The zoo has primates, large cats of several species, bears, wolves, foxes, and tropical birds.

Our tour guide was great!! The weather didn’t cooperate and it was raining but was a good tour. She told us lots of fun info. Tour was about 2 hours long. Very knowledgeable. They are trying to raise money for more animals and improvements too.
