Our driver Daniel was great, kept me up to date on whatsapp as to what time he will arrive as well as the details of his van so we could easily spot him. The van is lovely and clean and he was very accommodating and helpful with our luggage. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a transfer.

Our driver, Peter, was an excellent driver. He was helpful & friendly. Chatted to us telling us many interesting facts about Poland & Krakow. He was proud to be Polish & of his country - it was good to hear. He was interested in where we had been. All 3 of us would highly recommend this lovely gentleman!

Fantastic service, used this company for airport transfers and excursions, didn't have to worry about any bookings which is not easy for a group of 8, as it was all done for us! Peter was lovely and always there when we needed! We didn't have to worry about times or pickups as he was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed along with recommendations!

ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They changed our 10am hotel pick up to 6am different pick up point that was more convenient for them and blamed restrictions. Which we know is rubbish because coaches were driving down our road the hotel was on! We accidentally got on the wrong coach and as soon as we go there we realised and tried to contact them. None of the numbers would answer. We sent messages too but still nothing. This meant we had no tickets to get in and no way back to the hotel that was over an hour away. They left us stranded and didn’t care. When we complained they said tough it was our own fault for getting on the wrong coach. We know this was our fault be we did everything we could to contact them to rectify it. And I have provided screen shots of all the calls and messages I made attempting to sort this out. But they just ignored us. One number did call me back later but it was a pocket dial and they left me a 5 minute voicemail they didn’t know they were leaving! They were also provided transport to the airport for us. Which I messaged them about the same time I messaged about the issue with the trip to see if that would get a response. Lo and behold they did reply to that but ignored the other messages about us being stranded and needing to know how to meet up with our group. If I could give them a 0 rating I would. Absolute jokers. Took our money and then didn’t care about providing the service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
