Great day experiencing Estonian landscape and seeing its beautiful nature. The peat bog at the national park is something especially unique. Excellent local knowledge and guidance throughout.

Amazing way to get from Tallinn to Riga
Our guide Ruta was fantastic it’s a day I’ll never forget. She had so many interesting stories and advice. The group is small so you get a close knit group and the lunch place was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to go on it again.

      Paisagens exuberantes!!!
The weather was sunny and pleasant that allowed a tour most about nature. Our guide Ruta has a lot of knowledge about the region. I strongly suggest do this tour with this company.

Trip to a city that did not exist
Narva castle & Eastern bloc Day tour We enjoyed our private tour with guide George, he tailored our day to our wishes and was knowledgeable and entertaining. Our first stop was a waterfall and a seashore. Actually, the waterfall ended in the beach, and the mix of both soothing water sounds really made my day (and I put them in a sound loop to create a sleeping sound :-) My travel compagnion best experience were the different sweet smells of the forests we have been in.We visited the Narva castle and I had never been so close to the Ru border. Then we had an excellent lunch in a university building and went for our last stop, Sillamäe. This is a small city with a crazy history. From fishermans town, to luxury resort, to industrial oil plant, to concentrations camps, to a uranium plant to manufacture a nuclear bomb, and that gave the status of a secret and closed town, wiped off the map. And in recent history everyone can freely enjoy the promenade and seashore. So did we.

We walked the walk and got the talk
Our guide George picked up the group, and it turned out we were a great mix of nationalities and personalities and knowledges, this already was a source of fun!George knew a lot about his country and was also sensitive to everyone's needs. We visited the Jägala waterfall, the Sagadi Manor, and had a hike through the forest to the seashore, all in beautiful autumn colors. Then a nice traditional style lunch, to be prepared for the next hike; my personal highlight of the day: the Viru wetlands. Somehow pictures never do justice to the feel of being there, in beautiful nature. George encouraged us to take moments of being quiet and feel the spirit of Estonia. And we did! What a lovely day.

      A pleasant experience
Kalev was a great guide and the journey was full of surprises despite bad weather. We were a group of three friends and we got on so well with Kalev. He was patient and helped us to slow down and enjoy what's in front of us. The highlight for me was the walk in the forest, finding interesting artisans in local villages, good food from unexpected places, discovering folk music, etc. I would totally recommend.

      Great host, great vibes
George picked us up from the city centre and was kind and welcoming to us all day. He knew so much about the history of Estonia and an expert in architecture! The tour itself was so beautiful and George was so knowledgeable. He then took us for traditional Estonian lunch which was SO delicious. He also drove us to the airport after as our flight was after the tour ended, which was very kind. For the sights, we saw the waterfalls, the forest, the beach, the bog and it was really a lovely day. I really recommend.

      Fantastic tour
We did the Narva day tour. Such a fantastic tour, we got to the Estonian and Russian border, with multiple fascinating stops along the way. Uku was such a knowledgeable tour guide, very friendly and funny. Small group of 7, great number. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip.

      Lovely introduction to Estonian Food
Mariel was friendly and informative. She led us through the old town to the markets and beyond. She fully explained each of the foods we tried. And there was plenty (we actually shared our tastes and there was still left overs for us to take home). We finished back in the old town for dessert. Before she left us she gave us an exhaustive list of places to see and places to eat.Just fabulous.

      Lahemaa National Park Day Trip
Katrin was an excellent tour guide for our day's adventures at the bog, lunch, historic site/museum and beach. Her insights into Estonian geography, geology, biology, culture, and history added an extra dimension to our experiences. The pacing was perfect. I highly recommend this tour!

See the natural beauty of Estonia
The scenery was wonderful. Katrin was a wonderful guide, very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour fills up the whole day, but you never feel rushed or bored. Lots of walking. Great way to get outdoors and see a different side of Estonia!

Superb visit to Lahemma National Park
This is one tour everyone must do whilst in Tallinn. There were eight of us and our guide Katrine. We went to the waterfall then across the bog. We had lunch then went to the Manor and finished with a walk through the forest to the beach. Before I tell you about the fantastic tour we had I must tell you about the phenomenal Katrine. She was very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly and answered all the questions fired at her. When we had lunch she helped us choose the right dishes for lunch and explained what went into the Estonian dishes. Katrine was absolutely amazing and worked so hard so we could enjoy the day. I would appreciate my thanks being passed onto her. The waterfall was amazing and learnt a lot from Katrine about the waterfall. The wall across the bog was the highlight and Katrine had a lot of knowledge about the bogs. The journey across the bogs was an amazing and most beautiful walk. You're walking on boards so you don't get dirty. You get to a viewing platform and the path goes from a wide path to a very narrow path. If people want to pass one of you had better get off the planks of wood and stand on a wooden slat beside the boards. Manor House was very nice although it didn't have furniture in the rooms. It is actually used for weddings and parties more these days. The museum was fascinating about forest life. The forest walk to the sea was really lovely and we spent some time there as well. It was an absolutely fantastic day and the free time we had was just about the right amount of time. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone, it is absolutely brilliant. It deserves many more than five stars as does Katrine.

      Fantastic day out
My husband and I had a fantastic day out to the Lahemaa national park. The guide was so informative and all the stops were well worth the time. The bog walk was a highlight of our time in Estonia. Definitely would recommend this company.

      Best of Both Worlds
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Tallinn and Lahemaa Park. Kullo was an excellent guide. He shared lots of interesting history with us in the city and catered the walk to our interests. We loved the national park and getting out into nature. The swim in the bog was incredible. It was a really unique landscape. We also enjoyed the waterfall and singing grounds. The whole day was excellent and we really appreciated getting picked up and dropped off at the cruise terminal so we could enjoy as much of the tour as possible. Absolutely would recommend!

We were in two minds about whether to show up for the tour, it was raining, cold and wet, and we'd had quite a bit to drink on New Year's Eve, but my girlfriend and I are super pleased we went on this tour. Our guide Ray was extremely knowledgeable, not just about the ghosts but also about Tallinn and Estonia's history, and he was passionate about sharing what he knew. Great sense of humour, he kept us engaged throughout the tour, and we'd absolutely recommend anyone else to do this too. If you want to see and find out about about parts of Tallinn you might not otherwise, this is a fantastic way to do it.

Having been to Tallinn before I wanted to experience the city in a different way, and therefore found this tour on Tripadvisor. Igor, the guide was fantastic in his storytelling, and I learned a lot that I didn't know about one of my favourite cities.
If you go in the autumn I reccomend warm clothes as the tour is in the evening.

Our tour guide, Ray, was excellent. We learned the dark side of the history of Tallinn which was not mentioned in other tours we took! The legends are based on history. The delivery was light and fun. Ray, who is an historian, was also able to answer other questions we had about Tallinn and Estonian history which was an added bonus!

They've cancelled the tour only 2,5 hours before the start time. We were already on our way there, paid for the train tickets, gave up other plans, and as a result, lost money, time, and a chance to book some other tour, as it was already too late. Seriously, if you want to cancel, cancel at least 12 hours in advance, but not 2,5 hours, when some people might be already on their way! Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. So, my advice: if you don't want to find yourself in a similar situation, don't deal with them, and find a more trustworthy tours organizer.

Hi This indeed happened. Sadly the guide who was signed up for the tour had a call from home and due to a family emergency asked if he could not do it. We did our best to find someone quick to cover, but as it was low season and most of our guides have also second full-time jobs (still under the influence of what has happened in the world and tourism has not recovered fully) we were forced to cancel. I would have never wanted to cancel the tour but in this case, on a personal level, we really had to as it was a very personal family matter. I am truly sorry about it and it would have been our absolute pleasure to offer you a tour! Deep apologies Marii

The tour was a fun way to learn new facts of the city, the buildings and the history of Tallinn. We really enjoyed! Our guide was marvelous, she could really make the history alive. The tour was little over 90 minutes, which was just perfect length for a chilly night. The walk is not too long and only a moderate amount of stairs. Would highly recommend!

Reiko(or Estonian Ray!) took the time, to take myself and my partner on a ghost tour on an unofficial night and we were so grateful!! He was witty, informative and a master of an English accent (if I do say so myself, dear chap!)
Can thoroughly recommend it to both tourists and ghost hunters!!
    Thank you!

Although it was a hot summer day and the sun wasn't to set at all, the tour was not only informative about the 'darker' sides of Tallinn's history but also a very pleasant experience due to our guide Reimo, who not only knew a lot about the towns history but also was very funny and showed a nice dark sense of humor.
All together I would definitely recommend this tour, if you like your (hi)story spiced up with really well presented jokes.

Cold February night, snow and the wind blowing, perfect scenery to what became one of the best experiences in Tallinn. Our guide Kätlin was great and she was such fun, we didn't even mind the cold as the stories she told about the places along the tour were so interesting, that she kept all our attention all the time. Toompea Hill was the best part as the sound of the wind and the windows clapping made it all so much scarier. I came home and told her stories to all my friends. Finishes with hot chocolate. Thank you for the great experience.
