We Felt it was too expensive for what we got. We should have done more research to fully understand what the tour included.

The cost of this trip is not worth it. Would not recommend this tour as we paid over $750 for 2 people and highly disappointed. While calling it a wine tour, only one winery was booked. We were taken to a small town and nothing was open. Driver was erratic, tail-gating, swerving in and out of lanes, going above speed limit, slamming on brakes. If you can do yourself, I recommend as the area is beautiful.

The trip was good overall. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and committed. However, the trip included a long walk around the town. If your trip is with elderly or people that are not fit for a long walk with uphill or steps, this trip should be carefully considered.

Just completed a three week tour of Croatia, Serbia, North Macedonia, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia Herzegovina, and Slovenia with Palma. It was supposed to be a group tour, but was just us and our outstanding guide/driver Dejan Cizl. It was a wonderful trip with Dejan doing stellar job, sharing great information, and suggesting additional activities. He really made the tour special. He also was of great assistance when we had to deal with a medical issue in Macedonia. I would highly recommend Palma and Dejan.

The Maribor wine road starts in the centre of Maribor by the Old Vine in the area of Lent. In the summer, the site hosts a two-week festival – the Lent Festival. The wine road leads through Kamnica with St. Urban at almost 600 m of altitude, Kalvarija, Mestni vrh, Piramida, Meljski hrib, Vodol, Malečnik and Celestrina all the way to Nebova. It touches the eastern edge of Slovenske Gorice – to Korena and Vurberk that stand above the River Drava and the Drava plain.

Great friendly staff and the office we booked with worked with our schedule changes! Both the castle and the cave were very unique experiences.

Loved it! Velenje Underground is quite an unusual experience. Having a fancy dinner 160 m below surface, combined with some artistic performance / music is really something »out of the box«. The idea behind this project was to elevate tourism in Velenje to a higher level, namely to create a memorable, 5 star experience for turists.
