    Great experience
Our driver Paweł was really friendly and informative. He picked us up right outside the hotel, so couldn’t be any easier. We definitely recommend this trip to anyone thinking about this whilst in Wrocław.

    Thank you, Jacob!
Jacob was extremely knowledgable about historical and contemporary Poland. He was flexible with our group when it came to the timing of our stay. We would love to get a tour from Jacob again. Thank you!

Just a driver not guided tour.
From the start things didn’t go well …. Due to circumstances out of our control we had to change our accommodation. We provided our new address/ pick up point at least 7 days prior to the tour and guess what ? ….. they went to pick us up at the old address, so our tour was delayed about 1/2 hour. We were picked up by a private car which looks like the interior needs a good clean. Driver was friendly but was only a driver not a tour guide. This was unfortunate for us as we received no local knowledge or history of the region. He literally drove us to the destinations and bought the tickets for us , however time was wasted as tickets were not purchased ahead of time and driver had to stand in line to purchase tickets while we waited ….. we could of done this our selfs. Something we have never experienced before on a tour , we were given no time to meet back at the car which would be fine if it was just us , the problem with that is that if you have other people with you either you will be waiting for them or they will be waiting for you which happened to us. After saying this, The Church of Peace was beautiful and so was the Castle. Unfortunately for us Palmiarnia wasn’t anything special. In the description of the tour they mentioned Osowka - underground city made by Nazis but this wasn’t included in our tour , you will have to buy ticket by yourself. It would be nice if we were told this at the start of the tour. If you want to be driven from point A to point B with out any information this tour is for you.

    Very Good Tour
Excellent driver, very interesting tour. Be ready to see the horror of what man can do to his fellow man. Sad, but important to see and witness. Highly recommended.

    Well-organized
The long journey and entrance into the museum was very smooth and easy, as facilitated by Jacob. He was friendly, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Made the drive pass by very quickly. The site, of course, was very moving and very worthwhile visiting.

    Not what I expected
Eric our driver was wonderful, on time, very personable. Didn’t realize he wouldn’t be leading the tour, which was disappointing, but he quickly got us through the lines to meet up with the tour leader. I understood from the website that there would be a maximum of 15 people on the tour but there were almost thirty. The camp was so full of tour groups and for an experience that could be so meaningful (my family members were exterminated in the camps) it felt very impersonal. Our tour leader was knowledgable but it just went so fast, not really any sense of connection with her.

    Worth every zloty!
Jarek was our guide for the day. He arrived promptly and was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a great day from start to finish. The Church of Peace was a real surprise and well worth a visit to see this amazing structure built from oak and wattle and daub. Next was the Underground City code named Riese meaning giant. A phenomenal piece of unfinished engineering that was Hitlers final venture. It was chilling imagining the number of forced Labour men and women brought in to get this project off the ground. Fortunately our audio guides were excellent but the Polish guide very unfriendly. It was so well hidden in the mountains. Quite amazing. We wanted to visit the Bhuddist Monastery at Darmskow but heavy snowfall made the road to the monastery impassable. Nonetheless we had an absolutely breathtaking ride though the snow lined forests. A magical journey. Thank you Jarek for a truly memorable day.

Day tour that went above and beyond
Could not review this tour enough. My father and I completed it with 2 other guests and our guide Adam, who could not gave been more helpful. Gave a history of Poland that we would not know. With little local bits included. Adam brought us to an extra stop (the peace Church) and bought us lunch. Best day tour I've done by far.

    Fun exploring in the mountains
It was very good. Good food, good places to stay. Lots of history, many religious churches hundred of years old but beautiful. Castles, some refined and some you can crawl around on and explore. Reasonable prices and we had good weather. Be ready to walk, hike, or bike, enjoy all three. We must return as we didn't see it all!

Thanks to SeeWroclaw I was able to make “mellow” Wroclaw my base and explore some of the most important destinations in Silesia, Poland. The quality of service was uniformly excellent, including pre-trip communication, punctual pickup, comfortable transportation, knowledgeable guide with great English. He even understood my dietary requirements and we had a nice conversation about that! What took this experience over the top was a brief comment about one of my upcoming destinations. The guide mentioned an important historic site which I otherwise wouldn’t have known to visit. It turned out to be the highlight of that part of my trip. If I ever return to Poland, I will be in touch with SeeWroclaw as I want the best possible experience and I feel that I have made a great new friend!

This tour was well worth the money and travel time. Jacob our driver was knowledgeable and informative. He paid attention to detail and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable trip. The salt mines are incredible and our personal tour of Krakow was very interesting and we would not have managed to see so much in one afternoon and even have time for a leisurely lunch! Thank you

We were picked up from the hotel punctually. The van was clean and we were given bottled water. Bartek was informative, giving us commentaries on the drive and helping us plan our time .
And as one of the reviewers said Bartek bought us a drink on arrival at the Salt Mines, a really nice touch. After the Salt Mines, he provided us sandwiches to be more expedient so that we can have more time in Krakow. A private tour which was very good was organized for us in Krakow. We had a really time! Thank You Bartek!
