It was a great tour! There was never a time I was bored on this tour and our tour guide was spectacular. He gave us some great recommendations in zakopane of places to eat and the restaurant was spectacular. Also our tour guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about what he was telling us.

The thermal baths where great something it was something I had never even thought of doing but everyone really enjoyed it. The outside bar and dj were definitely the highlight, we could have spent the whole day there. Our guide was also excellent he was very knowledgeable about the history of the surrounding area.

What a fantastic place -4 and being able to swim in hot springs with snow falling its a bucket list memory. I would recommend this place it will blow you away. Clean, organisation is smooth it's for all ages even babies. ( Toddles) would recommend taking a waterproof phone case to capture the stunning views. ( doh I forgot to take one,)

Thermal bath was very nice, very relaxing and did not feel too busy even though it was. Transfer to the thermal pools was long however was made enjoyable by our driver Michal. Very knowledgeable and friendly and spoke to us well about the agriculture and surrounding areas and landscapes and also kept us informed about the thermal pools.

The tour guide themselves are amazing, no complaints. Really easy process and convenient pick up places. The thermal baths themselves however are really busy, as expected so take note that patience is needed. Especially when the adults only areas is smaller than expected and there are no pools child free, even the DJ/bar ones are filled with children.

We booked a pick up from and to the airport and the group tour Auswitch and Birkenau. Everything was well organised. We were happy.

Amazing, we booked through get ur guide and our driver Rafiel was so lovely and spoke to us the whole way. The thermal baths was amazing and night dj, drinks everything. A must to visit if you come to krakow

Great experience. I wish back to Krakow and do it again. December is perfect becouse is snow around and outside pools with hot water make you feel awsome.

We took a trip to Zalipie with Rafal and he translated everything for us and made the visit very pleasant. A PERSON OF TOTAL TRUST FOR FUTURE TRIPS.

We had a brilliant time at chocholow thermal bath in the evening, tarek was our driver and was great, he was very informative and on time, the drive can be long so take drinks and maybe a snack for the journey, once there you can get food and drink inside, take flip flops and a towel but you can hire a towel there, would recommend

Had the best time on this trip from start to finish…our driver was super chatty, friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us get some food at the end of our trip. The baths itself was so much fun especially the disco pool with a swim up bar…the pools are lovely and warm and super clean.

We only booked the trip at 10am and was booked on for the same evening. Michael picked us up at 4pm and was really efficient at getting us on the bus, allowing a toilet break at getting us there in good time. The van was clean with air conditioning which’s as great, Michael was extremely friendly and professional with very good english which helped us if we had any questions. He checked us in when we got there and gave us loads of information. He went above and beyond. We had a great experience in the thermal baths, they were beautiful and the sights were unreal.

Amazing Krakow is a very professional and highly dependable local tour operator. They offer a variety of day tours in comfortable vehicles. We were promptly picked up at our hotel and driven to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Our driver handed us our entrance tickets when we arrived and stayed with us until our tour group was met by the local guide. Auschwitz-Birkenau is a significant historical site in Poland. Our site guide was highly knowledgable and the tour was thorough. As the tour ended, our Amazing Krakow driver met us to continue our day outing. After taking us to a restaurant near the Salt Mine to have a traditional Polish lunch, we were taken to the Salt Mine entrance and given our tickets. This underground salt structure is like nothing you’ve ever seen before! It was surreal! You walk for some of the tour to see rooms carved from salt - and statues and sculptures. Then you board little train cars and continue to the tour of the mine. It was totally amazing! I highly recommend Amazing Krakow Tours!
