      Worst Beer tasting, terrible pubs!
Worst beer tasting I have tried so far! No atmosphere in the bars at all! Dont use rosotravel for your beer tasting in Krakow!

      an unbelievable experience
It was so much fun to go on the private tour of the Basilica Cathedral! From the outside, the Cathedral is beautiful, but wait until you see the inside! It's truly stunning! The beautiful paintings on the walls and ceiling will blow your mind. There is a lovely park right in front of the choir. It's too bad that the guidebooks don't say this. You have found the best place to look for a hidden treasure.

Tour company cancelled and left us hanging!
Tour operator cancelled the tour in the late afternon the day before and said it was for lack of a tour guide. This left us without tickets to a very popular sight in Krakow. We were left scrounging for tickets.

      Not worth the money
Very very expensive. Guide was informative but bossy and rather rude to another visitor who wanted to get past. Felt we were school kids on tour and also felt rushed through many parts of the museum, missing a lot of the exhibits. Guide was telling her personal and family story throughout the tour and whilst interesting, it dominated the experience. I was expecting more about Oskar Schindler himself but this was about 10 minutes out of 1 hr 40.

A brilliant introduction to Krakow and it’s food
We did this tour with Tom on our first afternoon and it was an excellent way to familiarise ourselves with the old town. Tom was an excellent guide who pointed out places of interest and told us about the history of the city generally as well as about the food. The restaurant and coffee shop he took us to were both really lovely, pierogi becoming a firm favourite during our trip! We would thoroughly recommend this tour.

      Wieliczka tour from krakow
We have decided to book with this company despite the fact others agents had more reviews. We have believed that they are the best option once I have contacted their customer service and this was definitely good decision. They took care of us and tour was just awesome. Starting from pick up from our hotel with friendly and professional driver. The tour to wieliczka salt mine from krakow was top of our stay. This is unique and magnification place. We have joined the group in wieliczka and had a guided tour there with very knowledgeable and experienced guide. I definitely recommend this tour!

Excellent private tour from Krakow to Warsaw with Pauwel! He was fun and information and we really enjoyed the day with him. The tour guide in Warsaw was very informative and we learned so much about the history of Warsaw. Couldn’t find a better way to make the trip!

Our tour guide was wonderful. She knew a lot about the art and different stories inside the wawel castle. She got to know everyone in our group of nine. She call us by name and shared stories that would relate to us and our respective countries. I would recommend this tour to everyone. I had the two-hour option of wawel castle tour but I would recommend the 3-hour option if you would like to see more in the wawel cathedral.

Our tour guide was so lovely and pleasant throughout the full tour, she was very informative and knew loads of information and details regarding all the places we visited throughout the tour. We were lucky enough to be the only customers on that tour so we had the full attention of the guide on what felt like a private tour. We had no idea about the history of Wawel Castle, so this was a great tour as we learned a great deal and we really recommend the tour for anyone who wishes to visit!

The whole Wawel Castle Guided Tour was excellent mostly because of the knowledge, humor and enthusiasm of our tour guide, Magda. In addition to copious amounts of Polish history and Polish cultural information, she excelled in giving personal quips, which added to the friendly spirit of the tour. She was personable and engaging, Magda was cognizant of some members physical limitations and was patient.. Both the Wawel Castle and Wawel Cathedral were interesting to view and learn about. The reconstructions are truly remarkable and retrieving the artifacts and restoring the Wawel Castle rooms to their original splendor further impresses on the non Pole the strength of the Poles to survive and to preserve their culture and independence.

First part of the tour was the cathedral but, for some reason, it didn’t work for us, and we dropped out at the end of that bit. Couldn’t hear very well - to be fair, the guide needs to keep the volume down in the cathedral - but the commentary never really brought the history to life. And we are a BIG fan of guided tours. But maybe our heads just weren’t in the right place on the day. My star rating would’ve been lower, but the company were clearly very concerned that it didn’t work out for us, and tried to fix things, and that’s worth a star or two. Do read other reviews as well as this one. Most rate the tour very highly, and I don’t doubt that they are genuine.

We booked the tour before leaving Australia hoping for the best experience ever. Unfortunately the experience was opposite. We were at the meeting point on time, even a little earlier to be sure that nobody would have to wait for us. After 20 minutes of waiting and not knowing why nobody else is at the meeting point I called the number given to me prior to the tour. I have learned that the tour guide Irena just could not make it and there is no tour. What a disappointing experience on the first day in Krakow. The only good news about the tour is that money was refunded straight away.

The public queue for unbooked tickets to see the Wawel Castle is extremely long. Therefore a third party is needed for a pleasant visit to Wawel. We have chosen Wawel State Rooms & Hill Tour. Our guide was an experienced mature lady who adjusted the tour entirely to our requirements. I cannot think of any improvement. The Wawel Castle site would require much more than 2- hour visit to explore fully, so you can consider a full Wawel complex tour.

I heard that if you are in Kraków you should visit Wawel Castle and I read about it and it's recommended to have a guide. I'm so thankful that I got Magdalena guide. She led for us 2-hours guided tour around Wawel Hill and Castle from inside. She gave us big portion of fascinating knowledge about Polish Kings, Wawel and Medieval Times. Also she is very nice and friendly. I truly recommend to experience guided tour exactly with her

Exceptional tour guide who delivered insightful in-depth knowledge about Wawel Castle, Wawel Cathedral and Polish history well blending in several very funny stories. We have chosen 2 modules Wawel State Rooms and Wawel Cathedral Guided Tour. I was a good choice, we’ve got plenty of information. One of the highlights during recent Krakow visit.

Magda was amazing and fantastic. I did the tour that included everything. I got lucky and was the only one in the group so had a “private” tour and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. She provided me with so much information, answered all my questions, and even went above and beyond to make my first-time experience in Krakow worthwhile. Thank you so much, Magda! This tour is a must with Magda. She’ll tell you everything you need to know and then some. Also, she’s a world traveler and has such a wealth of knowledge to share about all of her experiences. :)

Magdalena was an excellent guide. Very personable and full of information. I knew little of Polish history, but in 2 hours, Magdalena had provided me a good foundation. If you're in Krakow, don't miss Wawel Castle, which is best done with a guide.
