This was well organised, the driver, Wiktor, arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions. We arrived in plenty of time and was given directions to what to do. Although our guide did not speak English the translator was excellent was the actual guide. The only gripe would be that the 15 minute break between Auschwitz and Birkenau could be a little bit longer

The tour was just what we were looking for, confirmed tickets and transfer to Auschwitz-Birkenau directly from our accommodations. We chose Welcome in Cracow because the price was reasonable, and they were able to provide a ticket on the day and timeframe we were looking for. Figuring out how to visit Auschwitz can be a bit confusing - the tour outfit does NOT provide the actual guided tour. That is done by guides who work directly for Auschwitz-Birkenau. What you get with the tour is the entry ticket (without having to wait in line), and transfer to and from where you stay in Cracow, and between Auschwitz and Birkenau. They also offer a box lunch at an extra cost. Our driver was wonderful - he gave us clear and detailed instructions on how the visit would work, where to meet him, and when. We ended up going earlier in the morning than we had originally anticipated, but were glad we did, as the crowds only got bigger and the weather hotter as the day progressed. The tour itself was as emotional, disturbing and sobering as you would imagine, so it was helpful to not have to worry about the logistics as well.

Very moving tour that puts photos and stories into perspective. The tour was helpful in arranging transpiration and tickets, and the guide provided insights and new facts that I wasn’t aware of before. I highly recommend.

This was an excellent tour. We are picked up at our hotel and taken to the site and then returned in the evening. The driver was excellent, the vehicle was also excellent, and our guide was outstanding and reverent of those who lost their lives here. Would definitely repeat this trip.

This is one of those experiences that I think it is very important to have at least once in your life. Konrad was an excellent driver - he was communicative in all the right ways and very prompt. The tour itself is conducted by a tour guide from the museum and is in two parts - around 90 minutes at Auschwitz 1 then around 60 minutes at Auschwitz-Birkenau 2, which is a short drive away. I’m really glad I did this tour and have no problem with the tour company itself, but I felt that the tour guide at the museum rushed through the exhibits, listing basic facts and showing little to no emotion given the subject material. Having studied and taught the Holocaust at length I would’ve really liked longer to sit and consider what it was that I was seeing, but there is no time for individual contemplation, which I think is a real shame. So just keep in mind that you are likely one of thousands of visitors that day; most visitors are respectful but there were a handful that didn’t seem to understand the gravity of the place and treated it like any other tourist attraction - don’t be one of these people!

Dorota, our driver picked us up from our hotel and transferred us to auschwitz. She made sure that he had our tickets and even helped us go through check and find the rest of the group. There he had a very sweet guide who explained everything in detail in perfect English. They even provided us with a car seat for our toddler. Tarly recommend 10/10 for the whole experience!

But I have just comment that related to prices...one thing which I didn't like it that I paid attention each tour agency have own price which was different from another tour agency....I Hope you regulate it...

Everything was perfectly organized. From booking to the actual tour. Communication with Bartek was excellent. Pick-up from driver Wiktor was very punctual. He was friendly, polite and gave us information about landmarks in Krakow and outside we passed. Great relaxed driver in a comfortable van. The tour guide was very informative. The whole process was very good to follow at a good pace. Not too fast/not too slow. I can’t really come up with anything negative. In other words everything excellent. I definitely recommend this tour.

Going to Auschwitch Birkennau is an enormously emotional experience that I will never forget and recommend to anyone. The company Welcome in Cracow organised the trip to perfection with Whats Apps with the relevant information and a pick up from the hotel. It was all made very easy and they were very professional and friendly.
