    Emotional
From our collection point to auchwitz was about a 90-minute coach ride, which, although a pleasant journey, the coach driver was using his phone a lot whilst driving. We arrived at auchwitz, and our group started the tour. The tour guide was amazing, very knowledgeable about all aspects of the camp and also other historical events from the areas. This tour, though, was a little rushed, in my opinion, having to keep up with a group in front whilst making progress from a group behind. After this, it was a 10-minute ride to birkenau Camp, where another fascinating tour began . After about an hour this Toor ended. It's a place to be seen to actually appreciate the scale of horror that happened here!! If we had had another couple of hours total tour time and the coach driver not on the phone , 5 stars all the time

    Wonderful experience
After receiving an update for a new pick-up location, the day before the trip, we were collected on time by a very friendly driver. Taken to the salt mines. We had a short wait to start the tour, and then it's down the hundreds of wooden stairs to start the mine tour. Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable after the tour it was a quirky ride to the surface in a little elevator/ lift which holds about 6 people.

Disappointing displays and interactive bits didn’t all work
Disappointed as felt the museum portrayed the wrong tone to the historical events it exhibits. Expected more about Schindler himself and the factory. Hadn’t realised that it wasn’t actually in the old factory building.

    Interesting
I asked for hotel pick up but was given a meeting place that cost us £18 including return journey . Did not get lunch and felt the tour was slightly rushed could not complete the tour as was a very hot day and everyone was rushing could not keep up the pace . The tour guide never acknowledged that we had stayed behind leaving the bus at our destination there was no communication just got of bus and left I thought that was rude .

A must see site with a great tour company!
What an amazing place to see! We were told by everyone that the Wieliczka Salt Mine was a must see if we were in Krakow and were they right! Expect a long walk down into the mine especially at the start of the guided tour, a LONG staircase down down into the mine. Then through numerous salt carved tunnels, you will see the salt statues carved by the miners of various historical figures in Polish history. Salt carved statue of Poland's Pope John Paul II holds a special heart for the Polish people. Then at the final, you enter a church/chapel that is huge! Weddings can be held with 700 people in their banquet hall, can't image if one gets a bit too happy during the wedding on how they would get back up to the surface. But to get back up, you get into a small elevator, max 5 per, for the ride up to the surface. The ride took 30 sec! One woman in our elevator was so nervous, she actually was shaking during the ride! BTW, pickup and drop off by the SeeKrakow driver was excellent!

What a long depressing day but with a great tour company!
We took the SeeKrakow Auschwitz Birkenau tour and can't say enough great things about the tour. First, the pickup point was very convenient and the driver was very professional, friendly and customer focus. After boarding the mini bus, he explained the schedule for the day. After arriving at the entry, he pointed out the WC locations and where to purchase snacks and water. He stressed that everyone should bring water with them since it was a hot day and we would be in the sun during the tours. The return trip back to the pickup point was just as great. We highly recommend SeeKrakow as a tour company.

Unreliable and refuses to cancel despite 5h postponed start
I had booked a 9am tour, but a few days before the tour, I was told it would be moved to 1:50pm with a finish at 9pm. This was impossible for me, since I had to catch a train after that, so I asked to cancel the tour. I was told that it isn't possible because the small prints say that the time booked is indicative and that it can be any time between 7am and 2pm. Not only is this extremely misleading, but it is also absurd that they don't allow cancellation when they change the timing to such an extreme! We're not talking about a 1-2 hour difference, but 5h later than the time originally booked!

    Salt mine , group visit.
Very busy as to be expected, however the organization was spot on. Parking for the minibus was instant, then up-to the entrance to meet our guide and we were ready to go. Our guide spoke excellent English and management of the groups was excellent so there was no long waits between the areas. Lots of walking as to be expected (you’re in a mine) but good restroom and refreshment stops along the way. The guide answered every question with such enthusiasm you would have thought it was his first time. At the end of the tour excellent organization again back to the minibus. It goes without saying the spectacle of that place is breathtaking. We travelled with Mr Shuttle who were excellent and would thoroughly recommend.

    Historical afternoon in Krakow
Krzysztof did a great job of showing us around Krakow and providing a detailed history of the city and Poland over the centuries. He was knowledgeable and engaging. Took the tour at a great pace for the 4 people on the tour. Stopped near the castle so we could buy refreshments and get ready for the rest of the walk. A very nice afternoon and fully recommended.

We've had a great experience with our guide. The man had great knowledge about the Krakow and the Juddisch Quarter, he had been a guide for 17 years. He shared a lot of knowledge with us and we liked his quotes and jokes. He took his time the answer our questions and shared not only general knowledge about the Juddisch Quarter, but also some personal stories.

We ended up walking and talking for 3,5 hours in stead of 3 hours which we liked. In that time we walked around 5-6 kilometres.

We would definitely recommend!

This was an extremely informative and well-organised tour. Our guide's knowledge of the area was richly detailed and he communicated this well while managing the group's movements competently. While some of the the content of the tour was obviously harrowing, the guide managed to weave in moments of lightness or humour when talking about the area more generally. We also received many historical facts about Krakow while walking to the Jewish quarter with the guide keeping us engaged throughout. I would recommend this tour unreservedly.

This walking tour is suitable for anyone first visiting Krakow or those looking to learn about the city’s long history covering the various kings and transition away from being the county’s capital city, review of synagogues and churches in the area, Jewish ghetto in 1940’s and Schindler who helped over 1200 Jews.

It’s a comfortable 3 hour walk from the Old Town to the south side of the river in Podgorze finishing at Schindlers Factory. The whole experience is fascinating as saw remnants of Jewish life from the 1400’s to 1943 when the last of Jewish population was removed from the city.

The guide allows questions on route and is extremely knowledgeable about Polish history and Krakow as a whole. It’s incredible value and a no brainer for those looking to gain huge insight into the city.

Had a very interesting and informative tour around the Jewish quarter. Our guide was very knowledgeable and could even point to some of the historic people he had met first hand. The tale of the Jewish life and what happened to them is not exactly a happy one but is a very important one and I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to learn more about the history of the area.

Our guide was outstanding and knowledgeable. I don’t think it could’ve been better. She included all of the major sites in the Jewish quarter, and her explanation of the history and the character of the order was outstanding. She shows a depth of knowledge and an easy manner in conveying the information to the group

We were the only people in the group (by chance) and spent a wonderful 3 hours with Johanna, our tour guide. Johanna showed us around her beautiful city…we visited the Jewish quarter and ended up in the Ghetto. We learnt a lot about the history of Krakovian Jews and stopped off in a cafe for a short pit stop. Just before we finished at Oskar Schindler’s enamel factory, Johanna kindly showed us how to purchase tram tickets for our journey back to the Old Town….definitely worth every penny.

Walkative Jewish Krakow
It was a amazing trip around Jewish Kraków with Tomasz (Big Tom) as his knowledge of this subject is immense.
His storytelling is second to none, and he brought the stories to life with photos and his personality.
I would highly recommend this walking tour, and if it's with Tomasz, then i know that you're in for a real treat.
It's a geet canny tour like...!
Whey Aye Tomasz...

NOTE:
Don't forget that this is a free walking tour, the guide only makes a living by the tips they receive at the end of the tour. Make sure you show your appreciation by giving them a reasonable tip.

We did the Jewish Quarter Kazimierz Guided Walking Tour. Before the tour, I was confused as to why it started outside Kazimierz. But once we met our guide, Andrzej (Andrew), it was immediately apparent, and much appreciated. Jewish life in Krakow was rich and diverse before the Holocaust, with many cultural and economic contributions from the Jewish community. Andrzej has clearly dedicated himself to learning about this history over many years. He tied it together with current information about the growing community and answered many questions I had about my own family history just by telling his stories. He brought life to Jewish history and gave us a great memory of our visit to Krakow.

We found the tour both interesting and educational. Our guide (Conrad) was very informative and courteous throughout the three hour tour (including the much needed 15 minute coffee break), and both his English and knowledge of the subject matters were excellent. Alas, thanks to coronavirus, we (a family of five) were his first customers for months.

On Monday, October 30, 2023, I had the opportunity to take a friend on a wonderful trip around Kazimierz. I highly recommend Mr. Andrzej Matysek as a guide to all places related to the history and presence of Jews in Krakow. The guide had a great idea for the tour route, stopping us in every place related to Jewish culture - from the market square to ... the center of Kazimierz. Time passed and knowledge increased, even before we had a chance to ask a question, answers were already being given. I have the most beautiful memories of this event and I am proud that we have such professional service for foreign tourists and that we are able to show our richness of multiculturalism so beautifully. I RECOMMEND THE COMPANY wholeheartedly.
