You get a very good view of World War III, it’s causes, and resulting historical events. - renatobelli990 contributionsGdansk Must VisitThis is a must visit ,anyone visiting Gdansk has to visit this place and witness the atrocities that took place ,really very emotional placeWritten 31 October 2023
- astridmex0 contributionsGreat permanent exhibitionWe were delighted with the permanent exhibition on the story of Solidarność. It was a great insight to everything that occurred during that time. On the other hand, the temporary exhibition on the shipyard itself was tedious. The audio guide went on describing every single piece of memorabilia at great length, which seemed superfluous and considerably increased the duration of this part. If you can get a plushie of Lech, please do!Written 1 October 2023
- Silveroscar0 contributionsAutomated guideInteresting visit. The automated tour was excellent and we had lovely pastries and coffee afterwards.Written 16 September 2023

It is a museum that surprises you by the imaginativeness of the route they have mounted: it is interactive, very visual and deals with the theme of World War II in a very didactic way but, at the same time, that makes you reflect on how we are humans. Essential: the audio guide (which is very well made and detects the places you go) and 3 hours minimum!!! Tuesdays, free!!

Museum to see, perfect reconstruction of the tragedy of the Second War, seen especially by those who suffered between two fires, the Nazi first and then Soviet. Very well done and cared for the set-up, rich in panels and videos. Interesting both for those who want to deepen the story and for those who want to know it more closely. Fair admission price. Recommended audio guide, also in Italian
