My wife and I booked The Folklore Evening Party with Dinner through our Travel Agents with confirmation and booking slip/voucher recieved before our departure from The UK.
We also went to the trouble to confirm that pick up would be made from our Hotel The Hotel Jalta on Wenceslas Square. We were assured it would be.
I waited outside the hotel and my wife inside to ensure all bases were covered we were also there 15 minutes before suggested departure.
We waited untill 8PM another NO SHOW from Grayline, This holiday was booked for my wifes birthday and two out of two confirmed hotel pick ups were NOT MADE.
We did not get to The Folkelore Party Itself insted the Hotel kindly found a table in their busy Restaurant. My wifes Birthday RUINED
A trip to Prague ruined by Grayline with NO APOLOGY or refund.
