Ok but not great. We chose the 8pm slot which meant it was dark in March and the view was obstructed by reflections from inside the boat which we hadn’t considered. The commentary was really hard to hear because other travellers were talking and there wasn’t even that many other people on board. The boat itself was lovely and clean and quiet because it’s electric. Two small glasses of wine, served in plastic beakers cost £7.

Great value trip, the boat was spacious, clean toilets and table service for hot and cold drinks - all reasonably priced. It’s a nice way to break up your day, warm up from the cold and rest your feet for an hour whilst you see the city from the river. Would highly recommend.

We will take your feedback regarding the audio guide into consideration and look into ways to improve it. We agree that some cities are better seen by river during the day, but we offer night tours for those who prefer that option. We hope you consider joining us again in the future for a daytime tour.

I do not recommend this cruise.
The audioguide is in fact a sono that screams in five different languages very brief comments on the buildings. It's very difficult to understand and the audioguide is not synchronized with the ballad.
The cruise did not last an hour as stated in the description.
The beer is served in a can.
The boat was almost empty (we were 6 couples), it’s not very ecological.

Hello, we appreciate your feedback and thank you for your comments. We aware that the audio guide has its weak points and we are currently working on a solution.
We state on our website that the cruise itself lasts 50 minutes since there is approximately 5 minutes for boarding and leaving the boat.
Lastly, this particular cruise is eco-friendly hence is operated on our fully electric boat.

Awful experience horrible staff. When tried to redeem tickets the office was empty and the boat left before we could board. They would not accept the digital ticket.

What a waste of time and money!
I had read many reviews about this company before booking our trip and saw that other boat companies had customers that made similar complaints about not being able to hear commentary very well. However, Prague boats seemed to have generally more positive reviews so we chose them. Very smooth ticketing and boarding arrangements and their extensive fleet of boats looked in great condition and were very nice and comfortable. However, that is where anything positive stops. We could only make out the odd word of the commentary and asked if it could be turned up. The response was that this was as loud as it could go. Seeing as this has been criticised numerous times I would hope that a decent company would respond and take action to remedy this, but it seems like they don't even care! Even if we could hear the commentary, the amount of information given was incredibly sparse, particularly on the return journey, with only a handful of landmarks pointed out. The return journey had very long periods of absolutely no commentary at all, whilst we passed buildings I had hoped we would be told about.
This appears to be a company that dominates the market and is making a lot of money for a very poor service and this isn't right! DON'T USE! Book a smaller local company that will tell you about the sights of Prague.

The tour was nice and the boat was warm and clean. It's only an hour which is short but you see some of the city. You only explore a very small stretch of the river as you turn around at two points so you end up seeing everything twice. The tour guide voice was very quiet and often drowned out by the voices of other passengers and the coffee machine.

Don’t think there are nonsmoking boats. Smokers tend to sit in the open areas. There are usually enough unoccupied seats that you could move away if you find yourself near smokers.
