We thought the whole operation was extremely well organized. Our pilot (Gerrard?) was courteous and informative and the boat couldn't have been better. The office is easy to find and the fact there's parking there is also helpful. We've already been recommending your company to many friends. Great job. Keep it up!

Great tour in the skies and on the water. The flight had fantastic views as we got really close to the glaciers and mountains. The smaller boat with Mitre made it easier to see the falls and beauty of the fjord. Highly recommend

We flew from Milford Sound to Queenstown after doing a boat cruise. We were blessed with a clear day, so the trip was spectacular. The pilot gave us a clear understanding about what to expect on the flight, including turbulence on the way out of the sound, which helped reduce my jitters about being in such a small plane. He pointed out various geologic formations like glacial lakes and executed a perfect, smooth landing. We really enjoyed the multi-hour coach ride out to Milford Sound, but it was very nice to get back in 45 minutes!

Super slick excursion, everything ran like clock work, Chelsea who drove the mini bus certainly knows her stuff and certainly made our trip extra special.

The highlight of our NZ holiday. The views from the plane were unbelievably beautiful. The boat trip on Milford Sound was also very good.Will be telling all my friends to come and experience this.

Milford Sound NZ was one of the most amazing places l have ever seen. Flew in by plane, with snow filled mountains and blue skies. The boat trip was extremely well organised and picturesque....WOW

Totally loved it and would definitely recommend it. We had stunning weather and the flight from Queenstown was amazing. The pilot took a different route back so we go to see different country side on the way home. The boat ride was also wonderful. My recommendation is to fly there and not drive. It was worth every penny!

We had a lovely time. Shane, our pilot, made us feel safe and secure to Milford Sound and back. The cruise captain was also very good. All in all a good trip!

This was the highlight of our month-long trip to New Zealand! There were only six people on our plane (max is 7) and we had a glorious day. The views were fantastic and we took a different route back so we saw a lot. The cruise portion was more people, but was beautiful. We loved every minute of this, and it was worth the money.

AWFUL. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR DAY. We took a super early morning flight to Queenstown from Auckland for the day to take part on on MSSF tour including a flight to the Milford Sound, a cruise on the Milford Sound, and then a flight back to Queenstown. The weather was clear, and the weather check through MSSF 90 minutes before the tour was cleared. We checked in for the flight, and everyone awaited our tour departing, going through the safety checks and assembling by the gate to the plane. Multiple flights from the tours before us landed and we watched each of the groups deboarded. The captain then had us all gather around only to tell us they were cancelling the tour because of alleged winds experienced by the prior tour group. Someone else in our tour group thought they were joking because it was such a clear and calm day, but they stated they were not. They then tried to convince us to rebook for the next day at a different time. When we told them we were leaving the same day, they agreed to refund our tour amount. We then scrambled to try to get on an earlier flight back to Auckland but couldn't get back until the night. We lost an entire day of our trip and they refused to compensate us for any costs incurred in getting to their facility or losing an entire day. They effectively admitted to there not being any actual weather issue when they said in their email to us afterwards that they were "experiencing high winds that were not showing on any of our platforms". If they had told us the morning of that there were high winds we could have rescheduled our trip. If they had told us at the 90 minute prior check-in, we could have at least gotten back to Auckland with time to enjoy part of our day. The fact that they COMPLETELY failed to communicate until the moment the tour was supposed to depart over mysterious alleged winds their own systems weren't showing is disingenous. Find another tour that won't waste your time.

From start to finish, a simply amazing experience. Really professional company, great trip. Worth every penny. Kept fully informed throughout, everything on time and, great flight and cruise.

We took the Milford fight as we didn’t fancy the motorhome journey and it didn’t disappoint !! A great fight with our pilot Ben and weather was perfect, Highly recommended.

This is an epic experience! The day was perfect, our pilots were awesome, we saw all the mountains, the Sound, and cruises through the Fiords- it was a perfect experience. This group is super efficient, friendly and professional.

Most amazing day! I highly recommend seeing Milford Sound this way. Flight, with our pilot Ben, was exceptional & the cruise was stunning.
