Overview
Combine a day full of eclectic activities in Western Australia with round-trip transportation on this all-details-arranged trip from Perth. Visit Caversham Wildlife Park to see native animals. Then tour a lobster plant and dig in to a fresh seafood lunch in Cervantes. Sandboard down the Lancelin Sand Dunes and follow a guide on a walk through The Pinnacles desert.
What to Expect
Following convenient morning pickup at your hotel or a central point in Perth, sit back and relax on the ride to the day's first destination. This convenient full-day tour from Perth allows you to check a handful of area activities off your list without the need to rent a car or fuss with directions.

Stop first at Caversham Wildlife Park to learn about native animals such as wombats, kangaroos, and koalas through visits to the open-air exhibits and your guide's commentary. Next up is a behind-the-scenes tour of the lobster plant, which allows you to learn about the area's lobster-fishing industry. Continue on to lunch at a local restaurant (fish and chips, with optional lobster upgrade).

After lunch, enjoy a guided walk through one of the country's most unusual landscapes, The Pinnacles limestone formations in Nambung National Park. Then hit the Lancelin Sand Dunes for a 4WD or sandboarding adventure, your choice, before returning to Perth.

Neat day out

A different way to spend the time in Perth but a great day. Getting out into the Australian countryside and seeing the terrain was worthwhile - go figure! The animal park visit was merely a taster and would make you want to return. The Pinnacles...More
