Whitehaven Beach Sailing and Snorkeling Cruise
US$ 132.82
Overview
Set sail for the Whitsundays on-board an authentic 62-ft gaff rigged schooner and spend the day swimming and snorkeling around the islands. Admire the famous powder-white sands of Whitehaven beach, jump off to take in the views from Hill Inlet and dine on a delicious lunch on-board. Finish your adventure snorkeling amid vibrant corals and schools of brightly colored fish and keep a look out for unique varieties like parrot fish and humphead wrasse.
What to Expect
Make your way to Abell Point Marina to board the 62-foot gaff rigged schooner. Set sail and enjoy morning tea on board. Help your crew out with the sails or chill on deck as the sails fill in the breeze.

Sail the Whitsundays and pass through Hook Passage and head down to Whitsunday Island the largest of the islands in the Whitsundays.

Continue to the Whitsundays' most iconic beach - Whitehaven. Disembark at Tongue Bay for a 10-minute walk to the Hill Inlet lookout where you will be rewarded with stunning views. Capture some pictures of, Whitehaven Beach, the world's most photographed beach before heading down to feel the soft, white sand between your toes. Spend an hour and a half on the beach before heading back for lunch on board as you make for a beautiful snorkeling spot. Enjoy half-an-hour of snorkeling in the waters that are teaming with fish and the coral is stunning.

Then it's homeward bound while snacking on a fruit and cheese platter and the sails carry you back to Abell Point Marina.

Fabulous day sailing in the Whitsundays

Spent the day on "My Lady" which is a new addition to Providence. Only takes 12 people so was small and friendly. Had a fabulous day. Whitehaven Beach is amazing and the crew were fun and sociable. Would recommend this trip to everyone.
