    Day 1: Ayers Rock Resort / Kings Canyon

    Pass By: Watarrka National Park, Via Luritja Road Or Via Larapinta Drive, Northern Territory Australia
    This afternoon we make our way to Watarrka National Park home to Kings Canyon. Along the way we’ll enjoy a variety of outback scenery, including vibrant red dune country, and the craggy ranges of Central Australia. When we reach our secluded campsite near Kings Canyon, relax and unwind under the millions of stars.

    Day 2: Kings Canyon, Kata Tjuta and Uluru Sunset

    Stop At: Watarrka National Park, Luritja Rd, Petermann NT 0872, Australia
    The full 6km Kings Canyon rim walk requires an early start. Take your time to admire the sandstone domes of the Lost City, the cliff top views along the North and South Walls and the beauty of the Garden of Eden; all whilst learning about the flora, fauna, history and culture of this area from your knowledgeable guide.

    Stop At: Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre, Lasseter Highway, Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, Northern Territory Australia
    Lunch is enjoyed en-route and we will also take in the magnificent red domes of Kata Tjuta as we enjoy the Walpa Gorge walk.

    As the sun begins to disappear below the horizon, take out your camera and capture the Rock change colours as the sun sets slowly behind it.
    Duration: 1 hour

    Day 3: Uluru Sunrise

    It’s an early start this morning, but you won’t be disappointed after you witness a glorious Uluru sunrise. While the morning is fresh, enjoy an unguided walk around the base of Uluru. You will then deepen your understanding of the land and the history of Uluru as your Leader enlightens you about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture. It is a unique opportunity to share experiences, connect with and learn about the oldest culture on earth.

    If your flight arrives between 1:00pm - 1:45pm please meet your Adventure Tours / Intrepid at Yulara (Ayers Rock Airport)@14:00pm. Please do not book any flights arriving after 1:45pm as you will not be able to join trip.

    SUMMER SCHEDULE - Lunch is not included on Day 1 (8th October 2019 – 6th April 2020)
    If your flight arrives BEFORE 11:00am your guide will meet you at the front of the Desert Gardens hotel at 1:10pm (Outback Pioneer @ 1:45pm)
