AAT sucks! It holds a monopoly in Ayers Rock because the agency runs most tours. I wish I had done more research because I would have realized I could have booked the same activities and my own choice of accomodations, at a lower price!!!! On February 21st, I received a

Dear Rick, It was great to be able to make contact with you today and thanks for taking my call. As I said we take all feedback very seriously. I would like to again apologise that your visit did not meet your expectations and we contributed to your dissatisfaction. As I explained, we don’t have a monopoly and we don’t have any control over the resort, that is run by Voyagers and they do run a very good operation. I will as promised follow up with the resorts General Manager re the air-conditioning as we know for a fact that their policy is to leave the AC running as it is much easier to keep a room cool rather than try and pull down the temperature when the heat is extreme. We will take on board your suggestions to make sure the issue with baggage is sorted and we will also follow up with our staff to make sure we are taking the greatest care of our guest. It is something that AAT Kings is most proud of and will never take for granted. Thanks again for taking my call and accepting our apology and for understanding the situation. As promised we look forward to the opportunity of taking very good care of you on your next visit to our beautiful country. Your Sincerely James Dixon General Manager Day Tours and Short Breaks, AAT Kings.

Considering the remote location, the food served as good. Service excellent, wine pouring of decent Australian wines generous. Fabulous night sky with a knowledgeable interpreter. Worth the cost.
