Great Tour Great Guide - Terrific Scenery
I had a great time on this tour and we had an amazing tour guide named Alfie. We got picked up at central station in Sydney. As we boarded the bus we were given water bottles. Our first stop was off to the Sydney Zoo where we had just about an hour, a little more. we got to feed and pet the kangaroos, have our pictures taken with koalas, and had some free time to wander the rest of the zoo. Then we were off to the town of Leura where we had about an hour to grab ourselves something to eat for lunch. after that we headed up to Echo Point, while we heard the story on the way of the Three Sisters. what beautiful scenery and overlook. after that we headed to scenic world where we got to do the cable cars and the railway. that was a lot of fun. it's neat going down into the rainforest area and feeling the drop in temperature. on the way back Alfie gave us a little more history - he was very knowledgeable in Australia and the history. Also gave us some cookie snack on the way back

      Amazing Hunter Valley experience
The Wine Tour to Hunter Valley was an amazing experience . Our guide (Yeung?) was very knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Pick up at the Furama Hotel was on time and a Starbucks was nearby which was needed at 6:45am. Great lunch and nice pours from all three wineries. Cheese stop was amazing (try the duck salami) and the chocolates were great. Thanks to our guide and the company for a great adventure. Definitely recommend a trip out to anyone who has a full day to jump out to Hunter Valley!

      Rainy day, but still fun
Alfie was a great guide! The weather wasn’t our friend that day, but Alfie still made the best of it. First stop was the dolphin watching. Even though it was cold and rainy, it was nice to see the dolphins swimming with the boat. We had lunch on the boat and then headed to the koala sanctuary. Here, you get to see the koalas in a natural habitat. After that, we headed to our last stop, the sand dunes. This was fun even with the wind and rain. The guides helped us. I think we got more speed because the sand was wet. The weather has been unpredictable lately, so just bring jackets/rain coats and extra clothes. We were all sandy and soaked after the dunes. Thanks for a good time Alfie!

      It SO MUCH fuuuuun.
We ticked off everything on our list. Dolphins, sumptuous lunch, cute koalas and the amazing experience of sand surfing. It was so much fun. We had the best time albeit the rain. Will definitely recommend this tour to family and friends. Huge thanks also to our driver, Chen, who was so accommodating to all his guests.

Good glimpse of capital city Canberra's highlights
Interesting and educational one-day tour from Sydney to see Canberra's highlights. But didn't see new 'happening' districts due to time constraint.

      Brilliant Trip
This was an excellent day out with dolphin watching and sand boarding just part of the experience. It was our honour, nay privilege, to have the exceptional Alfie as our guide and Alan as our driver. A big part of the enjoyment was Alfie’s, knowledge, particularly if Mandarin Chinese, of which I understood not a single word, his humour and general personality. All adding up to a first class experience. P. S. I am not related to Alfie🤣

Tour guide was originally a few minutes late, when I called he said it was an hour later, I said this wasn’t what the email said, then he changed and said “I’m just down the road”. Must’ve been due to the multiple different pick up locations he got confused, but I was worried I was in the wrong place at Central Station and it was expensive - a brief apology for the 5 minute lateness would have been better! Communication days before and reminders were good - Tour guide was friendly and informative, all stops and breaks etc were well communicated. Crisps provided in addition. Blue mountains itself (specifically the scenic world I felt) is overrated - I was hoping that we WOULD get the 4 hours advertised (had researched before and wanted to have time to walk to Wentworth falls and the different lookouts), but contrary to what the itinerary advertised it was only 2 hours at the blue mountains. Sadly had friends from our hostel pay less, they missed scenic world but got to see many of the lookouts - disappointed as I feel this was misleading advertising! Also they say entry to Leura Mall is included but you don’t need entry - it’s free! Similarly I wish we’d opted for a tour that stopped at Katoomba rather than Leura (quite small) - but would recommend Lily Pad Cafe in Leura - lively food. Overall did enjoy and tour guide was nice (Alfi) but to say you get 4 hours at Blue Mountains, and not make it clear that this is inclusive of the Echo Point stop; Scenic World & Leura is very misleading and not appropriate on this description. This played a big role in me choosing this trip so I do feel a bit cheated!

We started from being collected at a hotel near Darling Harbour early morning, and straight away felt so welcome! Alfie was a brilliant tour guide all throughout , with free water and snacks too as an added extra! Starting at Sydney Zoo you get your time to feed kangaroos and then photo with a koala (all entry and photos included), then free time for a while too! After that it was an hour to Leura which was the most beautiful and scenic village , so many friendly locals and incredible food and shops. We finally got to Echo Point which was breathtaking, then visiting Scenic World (again all fees included) and took the skyway over to the main resort! Honestly cannot fault the day, Alfie was super fun and informative too, and we were so lucky to experience such a wonderful trip on a scorching day too☀️ Definitely do the railway at Scenic world if you’re short on time but we thankfully managed all 3! Would definitely do again!

Thank you Gordon for your leadership!
Kangaroo food is provided at Sydney Zoo, and you can feed kangaroos up close. The itinerary also includes taking photos with koalas, and you can download photos in the cloud or purchase physical photos. It’s great to see the Three Sisters at Echo Point! There were many people at Scenic World. We were afraid that we would not be able to catch up with the gathering time, so we did not take the Skyway. It is recommended to join the weekday itinerary. We went on weekdays, and we heard that the crowds are even fiercer on holidays. At Scenic World, it is recommended to ride all the cable cars before going for lunch, so as not to waste your time taking the cable cars.

We had a great time! Stephen, our guide, was informative and kept us at an easy, relaxed pace. Our first stop was the Sydney Zoo and he guided us to the Australian section where we fed the kangaroos and got our photo with the koala (both included). After that we had time to explore the zoo on our own. We stopped at a cute town (Leura) for lunch (on your own). The main street has lots of shops and restaurants that are surprisingly Mediterranean/Turkish inspired. After lunch we went to the Three Sisters lookout point for a panaramic view of the Blue Mountains and Three Sisters rock formation. At scenic world we rode the train (straight down at a 52° angle which was very fun and not at all scary even though I was scared at the thought of it!), took a walk along a wooden path, and went back up to the top on the cable car (huge). At the top we took the tram across to see the waterfall and once on the other side are some trails to see the waterfall or 3 sisters). There was time to shop in the gift shop or eat in the cafeteria (we just had lunch so I didn’t go there to see what they served). From there, we had around 1.5-2 hr bus rode back. Great, fun, easy day! Additionally, I received emails and texts prior to the tour that I really appreciated. In one text, I was told the license plate number of my tour bus and that was very useful because there were multiple tour buses meeting at the same time. Highly Recommend!

We enjoyed the tour , the driver and same time our tour guide was very informative and helpful. We stop by Leura village for lunch and dine in at Leura Cafe had k roo (kangroo) cheese burger that we enjoyed . Walking around the small town we enjoyed watching a lot of Cockatoo just walking around and on the trees. We enjoyed feeding animals at Sydney zoo and pix with the koalas 👍

Loved it! Stephen, our tour guide was excellent and the tour was well managed - it also helped that the weather was fantastic to catch a spectacular view of the mountains. We also loved the Sydney Zoo - feeding the kangaroos was such a fun experience! - and to bring it all to a close, the scenic world was amazing! Would definitely recommend this tour if you want a comprehensive one-day trip.

We were told the itinerary had been changed around. At first this sounded like a good thing to beat the crowds and give us more time but it became apparent that this was not the case. The main parts of the experience; scenic valley and leura, felt rushed (told food must be takeaway only, hustle round the cable car/train etc), which significantly diminished the quality of the experience and even with the timings impressed on us we left a passenger behind after waiting 15 minutes for them. This resulted in us arriving at the zoo just before closing and we were told we could not do the koala picture and the kangaroo were completely disinterested as it was so late in the day, there was no time for us to see any of the other animals. Reached out to the company to say this.. no reply after 10 days- seems they don’t give a toss once the have your money.

Dear Andrea, Thanks for your review and apologies for the late reply. We take all feedback very seriously and I am sorry that the day did not live up to expectations. Please allow me to address your individual feedback items: - On this day we changed the itinerary for operational reasons which was designed to provide more time in the Blue Mountains themselves. I am sorry that this eventuated in some of the stops being rushed, in particular your visit to Sydney Zoo. - I am surprised that Scenic World and Leura felt rushed as these were the first stops in the day and therefore should have been at a leisurely pace. I can only apologise for this. - As you mentioned, unfortunately one passenger did not return from the lunch stop on time which delayed the departure from Leura by almost 30 minutes. This had the most impact on the arrival time however Sydney Zoo was aware of the delay and should have kept the Koala photo opportunity open. I cannot comment on their behalf I’m afraid. - As for the Kangaroos not being in the appropriate mood this cannot be helped with animals as they have a mind of their own. The time of day should not necessarily impact their behaviour as the Zoo is open all day and there are often people visiting in afternoon who have a great experience. Either way I apologise for the fact that you did not enjoy the day. I am not sure if you have already returned home however, I would like to offer you 2 x FOC (free of charge) return tours to any of our day tours should you come back to Sydney at any time? I am happy to enter your details into our Sydney to maintain as a credit. If you send us an email to booking@brightontours.com.au quoting your details we will gladly try to provide you with a better experience. Kind regards Brighton Tours

I was very satisfied with this trip, especially the driver, who was patient and enthusiastic in explaining the whole trip, gave me plenty of time, and drove very steadily. The number of tourist attractions was just right, so I was not particularly tired. The sun was shining today, and the photos were very beautiful. I have recommended it to my friends. It was a very pleasant trip. You can go! I will come again in the future!

The trip was good, we had fun at the zoo with the koalas and kangaroos. Moreover, the views of the mountains are spectacular and the tour guide fairly knowledgable. One free bottle of water and some cookies provided for free.
Perhaps, it felt a bit rushed especially during our last stop at the mountains (Scenic World) where we only had 2 hours to explore the whole park and views. There's a lot of people queuing to take the cablecars (there are 3 of them), so half the time was spent either in line or in the cablecars. An additional 30 minutes to an hour would have been perfect.
