An excellent, romantic dinner cruise!
My wife and I have taken this cruise for three years in a row now. The first time was our honeymoon, and each anniversary after that. Highly recommended! The food is excellent, the drinks are plentiful, and your host, Sergio, is very personable and attentive! We took the sunset Cruise, although there is a moonlight Cruise also. We prefer the sunset Cruise because of the excellent photo opportunities on the boat. The entire top deck becomes a dance floor, with a live saxophone player who plays along with tracks for your dancing pleasure! Will be back next year!

Shopping Tour
The tour guide was absolutely amazing. I was nervous about going by myself after the person I was on vacation with got sick but he made it worth the while. He lived in the US so he knew English and Spanish very well. His name was Brandon and he was amazing. If you are planning to take a tour you should definitely request him.

Nice escape
We drove in after recent rains, so it took a while to travel the approx. 3 km to the cenote. Staff were honest that the water was not clear and offered a reduced rate. We ended up having the cenote to ourselves for about 2 hours. That was a treat. Peaceful and relaxing.

Waste of money
While the pickup worked very fine the rest of the day was pretty disappointing First of all we had to pay lockers and insurance ( this was the only place where we had to pay for those ) . After that we started with the ziplining what was supposed to be 45 min. They don't tell you that most of the time you just stand and wait. They don't allow you to handle your own gear ( what quite frankly is a bit redicolous considering that every human being who has 3 brain cells can handle a carabiner after a short instruction. ( I'm a rock climber so I know what I'm talking about ) Furthermore they don't allow you to bring your phone due to 'safety reasons ' I've been in way more dangerous situations than.this and always brought my phone so it was quite obvious for me from.the beginning that they tell you that because they have a Camara man running around taking pictures of you and trying to.sell them.for an extra profit. Same with the ATV. We expected to have 2 single ones but we had to share one or pay $40 American to get 2 singles. The Cenote was not beautiful or clean. It was quite shallow so when I jumped in I got some scratches on my foot. I have to admit Lunch was amazing but very little and once again if one wanted to have a little more one had to pay extra. I'm know for a fact that there are better places so don't waste your money on this place.

Complete waste of money and more
It’s a shame that place with so much potential just had nothing but ways of emptying your pockets. You are not allowed to use your phone where it’s absolutely safe (I say this because I have done these adventures at all levels before and it was perfectly fine). They have a camera man running around taking pictures of you and the pictures cost a whooping $55 USD. If that’s not all, don’t forget 200 pesos worth of insurance and locker fees for ATVs that are just making through the track. If that’s not it, the cenote was extremely polluted. There are way better and beautiful cenotes in tulum. Save yourself some dollars and book a tour someplace else.

Really Good Value!
It was about a 40-minute drive to this location from the hotel zone in Cancun. You start off by driving ATVs. You can get singles or doubles. My group got singles, but if you don't really have experience riding ATVs, the course is pretty difficult. Very narrow in some areas and hilly in others. I had to get off and ride with my husband halfway through since I wasn't able to control my ATV well throughout the course. Ziplining is next which was very fun. The course was decently long, and the staff was very good with safety procedures. The cenote was super fun! I wish this portion had been longer than 30 minutes. Be aware that it's very rocky, so I would recommend bringing water shoes. I would also wear tennis shoes for the ATV and ziplining. Lunch is provided after the cenote, and it was very good! We were wanting seconds! Water and iced tea are provided, but soda is an extra cost. I would also recommend bringing bug spray, but you can purchase it at this place as well. Overall, it was a really fun excursion for the price. It may not be as nice as some other excursions, but those are also a lot more expensive. The staff here is very nice and knowledgeable!
