- kellyboy19680 contributionsAvoid taxis even if “sanctioned”.., take UberGare du Nord has a “sanctioned” taxi line that is not regulated… so you end up in.a gypsy cab that charged us 75 euros to go 0.8 miles. We would have walked had it not been for luggage…. And he took 40 minutes around the block a few times saying that he was detoured for the retirement pension strike that was 1 year ago! I called him out on that but what can you do once you’re stuck in a car who holds your luggage hostage! All taxis out of Gare du Nord are not regulated. Take Uber. Uber would have been 12 euros for the same ride but again he held our luggage hostage once we weee in the car. I don’t want Paris 2024 Olympic fans to use Parisian taxis and get screwed! Use Uber! - Edward h0 contributionsWas not met, missing driver, 80 min total delay, had to find him outside at departures. Vehicle had no official markingsWe were not met after clearing customs. After 40 minutes began calling and was told to meet him outside the airport at departures. He was not there. Began calling again and was told he would be there in two minutes but after approximately another 35 minutes an unmarked, unofficial looking car arrived and we recognized it only by the license plate number. The driver was pleasant but the car was had absolutely no air-conditioning so we drove with the windows down. We feel this was not what we had contracted for.Written 5 June 2023

When I wrote a review, they showed the review to the driver and fired him. Then the driver wrote an angry text message to me, which in fact made me a feel a bit unsafe. When I asked the company to fix it, they denied and replied to me that they cannot accept the claim. I will never ever use My Transfer again.Written 10 April 2023

The driver was nice but the morning we arrived at the airport emigration and baggage were a mess so the driver had to wait. The cost was originally around 100 euro. When we arrived at our destination the driver told us we owed him another 25 euro for the wait time which we paid. On arrival our host told us that all taxis to and from the airport are a fixed fair of 65 euros. We paid 125!!! DONT BOOK ANY OF THE CAR SERVICES IN PARIS! They are a rip off.Written 31 July 2022

As soon as we had come through customs he was there waiting with my name clearly visible. The driver even sent a text ten minutes before we met him to inform us that he was waiting. - filani0 contributionsFlat tire on private shuttleHad arranged private shuttle to pick up my daughter at train station and take her to another train station on other sidenof Paris for a connecting train. Driver had a flat tire and (fortunately) called her. She had to take a regular taxi and had only 5 minutes to spare when she finally made it to her connecting train. Company was gracious about refunding money, and I guess flat tires happen, but the whole reason I reserved that shuttle was so my daughter had a smooth experience. Not the case...Written 30 June 2019
