    Fun
I really loved the tour. The driver was really polite and I thought he’d the one giving us more info on the place, but not really. The place was totally worth and the lunch was so yummy! I was glad that I got the lunch package. One thing I wish it was done was giving us some time to roam around the city. We had a tight schedule and we had to leave at 4:30.

    A trip not to miss
Our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc was fabulous! Our private driver, Aristotle, was absolutely the best. He spoke great English, was very attentive and informative. We had a bit of mountain sickness, due to the high altitude. Because we had extra time, due to not staying up on the mountain long, he took us to a beautiful waterfall. We paid for the all inclusive trip and it was well worth it. Having the tickets to the cable car lift and train and the wonderful lunch at theRose des Ponts was well worth the cost. The private drive was very comfortable. We are so happy that we didn't miss the chance to see the beautiful area of Chamonix Mot Blanc. Even with the mountain sickness, we are so happy that we made the trip. It was nice to have a private driver, over taking a group tour. We were able to go at our own pace. Due to medical issues, we use canes. Not having to keep up with a group was an extra plus. Aristotle was very sweet and caring and took wonderful care of us. We would hire him again. He was just that wonderful!

Chamonix private day trip from Geneva
Booked a private day trip for 2 persons to Chamonix in early July. Konstantinos was our driver and guide and was wonderful. He expertly guided us to Aiguille du Midi Cable car + Montenvers Cog railway and the Ice Cave. He recommended a wonderful place for lunch and was extremely helpful throughout the day. He made the trip fun and stress free.

    Must One-day trip from Geneva
Chamonix in one word was breathtaking(of course at an altitude of 4600m, Oxygen can be a issue. LOL). A beautiful trip from Geneva into the French Alps is highly recommended. To make this even better, we had one of the kindest and sweetest person who drove us from Chamonix to Geneva. Mr Marzio offered us perfect and safe service. He had stayed in India for a while and had lot of stories to share when he found out that we were from India. Would say it was one comfortable drive back after delightful sites of the Alps.

    Disappointed
I am real disappointed!! I filled out in GVA website my full details also i shared my details agin by email before i arrived. I surprised when i arrived, there was a small Toyota prius waiting for me it didn't fit for our luggages even after couple of tries. the driver took a video of the situation and send it to his boss In the end the driver called the manger to arrange another car he failed as asked us to check with UBER!! I top of that the rejected to refund me 100%

    Fun Day!
Aiguille du Midi cable car was a nice experience. The mountain was beautiful and it was fun to take photos in the glass cube. The 500 steps down to the glacier is tiring so we stopped to rest a few times on the way back up. This might be too much for some.

Services not fully delivered as advertised
This review reflected the misrepresentation that the local agent made to its customers. In the description of its services, it offers private transportation and private guide. What we received was only the transportation part. The driver was kind and courteous enough to drive us along the Lake Geneva, but he was not familiar with the places or the cities on route nor any tourism info. As such, we felt we only got part what was advertised and what it was worth. The tour operator failed its job to provide full services as what it advertised.

    Big disappointment
At the suggestion of the hotel, hired a private tour from GVA Transfers for Geneva because of the heat and steps in bus. We were told it would be 2 hrs long with guide and would go by the Old Town, which it did not, along the lake, and to the UN area. Cost 8 times what 2 bus tickets would have cost and went the same route as the bus with the same recorded (and outdated) commentary! Driver nice but not a guide and not able to answer questions. So basically a waste of a lot of money. Should have taken the three separate tours with another company, including the mini-train in Old Town, and suffered through the heat. Or paid for a private taxi.

    Disappointing experience
Our guide Alex was very nice and tried to help us navigate this tour. Despite asking for an English guide, Alex and I had trouble communicating. This tour takes you to locations but you still have to buy tickets - which is clear. However when we went the crowds were so big that getting a ticket to the top of the mountain proved to be undoable. We wouldn't have been able to go up until 3pm and we couldn't come back down until after 6pm, putting us back in Geneva too late. If you can book your tickets for the attractions before the trip then maybe this would have worked better, but without knowing when we'd arrive at a given site I didn't know how to make the ticketing work. Disappointing because we were looking forward to being on the mountain.

    Fabulous experience, Fabulous guide
Aristotle our tour guide was the best tour guide we have ever had. So helpful and friendly- couldn't do enough for us. The whole experience was sensational regarding the spectacular scenery but made all the better by our guide being awesome!

Great day trip from Geneva to gruyere to visit chocolate factory, cheese factory and old town. Our driver Evan was amazing (very safe, professional, friendly, went out of his way to make our trip one to remember). Great experience overall.

The towns were pretty but it was a far way to travel for very limited cheese & chocolate experience.
The choc factory is nicely done, animated etc. Cheese factory not so much.
Weather was cold & rainy so that didn't help! I would say go, if you have the time. Possibly the tours would have been better,so book in advance as they were sold out so I had to travel the train's on my own, which was long & expensive.

I booked for a private tour which was suppose to be 385 , why should I be charged for my son the same amount, the fact that my son was with me that makes it semi private and I was expecting the visit fees or something I couldn’t do on my own to be provided other than the transportation and also when I was denied access to the cheese factory since they don’t recognize the Americans vaccine pass I had plenty of time so I asked the company to let me use the rest of my time having the driver drop me at Zermatt which was enough time they told they will discuss it and call me back and after more than 2 hours I called them again and they told me that I don’t have enough time for that trip and I just went to the train station and lost the xtra time for nothing

Hello, We are very sorry that your tour didn't met your expectations. However we are not responsable if the cheese factory didn't allowed your covid pass. We are also sorry that the driver didn't bring you to Zermatt as it's at 2hours of driving and he had an intinerary to follow. We hope that you still bring some good memories of the beauty of Switzerland. Best regards,
