Jon was really friendly and insightful. Worked well as a group of four of us. Loved the sport. Could have kept going for hours!

Jon provided an enlightening session for my wife and me. It was remarkable how much progress we made in only an hour. He knows his business and is very professional. I was a bit late in fully recognizing how much accuracy is compromised by pulling the bowstring back too hard, so my wife edged me out by just a bit ... at least, that's my excuse. The facility was indoors, so wind and weather aren't negative factors. Equipment was impressive. Directions were easy to follow, and there was plenty of parking. We would highly recommend this as a hands-on experience and a nice change from your typical tourist excursions, museums and landscapes.

Fantastic experience with the family trying archery, axe and knife throwing. Jon was very helpful, patient and clearly an expert in this and other sports. Lovely quiet setting. Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience of Archery with John. Learned many tactics and methods. Very useful and would recommend in the future.

Our 2nd visit to Aim, the Archery is great and Jon is an excellent instructor. It's an all weather setting so need to worry if it's raining.

My wife had little archery experience whilst I had none, and thought this would be a fun activity for an afternoon. Jon keeps the booking for a single group , meaning that we were able to take things entirely at our pace and not have to over compensate against more experienced archers! Similarly this meant that we were getting tailored advice to help us improve. We went for the outside package with traditional archery, clout arrows, and moving aerial targets. We both made really good progress in a short amount of time, and can see how you could really get into archery. Good fun competition, and definitely something to go back to!

My husband, my son (age 8) and I had a great day learning archery with Jon. It was rainy and cold but we soon forgot about the weather once we got started. Jon was incredibly patient with my son, and us adults, and we hope to go back again next year. Definitely recommend to other families. Thank you! Ps. Thank you Jon for the advice on my husbands elbow with regards biking. He’s trialling a new handle bar and seat position this weekend so fingers crossed.

We had an amazing time ... Jon the instructor was very informative and encouraging. My Dad, My daughter and Myself thoroughly enjoyed the archery and axe throwing and will be back to do it again !! Whilst learning something new we also had little competitions, which added to the fun. It's great value for money and it doesn't matter about the weather because you can do it indoors.
