It's very angry feedback, sorry. According to the timetable + Internet confirmation, the last boat should take us and about twenty other passengers from Chillon to Lausanne, etc. at 16:15. However the boat didn't arrive at all. No notification was sent to phones, no info and compensations. Many people lost their tickets, were forced to approach their hotels by their own. I travel a lot, however never met such poor customer orientation. The deepest disappointment

There was no audio even though I paid for an audioguided tour The views were spectacular but I had no clue what I was looking at

We booked this cruise as it mentioned it had an audio guide. but our experience was not good as the cruise did not have the audio guide and we were unable to know about the history and other info of the places which we were passing by while sailing in the cruise

Easy to purchase tickets at the Jardin Anglais booth. Didn’t realise that we could have pre-downloaded an audio guide to have accessed some commentary - this wasn’t mentioned at the ticket office when booking, or on the boat. There was no queuing system when waiting to board the boat - we waited by one of the chains which appeared to be an entrance, however the staff pulled across another chain instead, so we ended up being pushed further back by other customers. Lots of people surged forward all at once, then had to try condensing into single file for tickets to be checked. Very inefficient and could have been managed better. The boat was nice and the padded covers made the seats more comfortable. We enjoyed the experience of being on a paddle steamer, and loved feeling the breeze from the lake during the journey. It was generally scenic and peaceful. I believe there should be messages on the boat reminding passengers to be courteous towards others, as despite having deckchairs, two women decided to stand up directly in front of where we were sat, for around an hour! This was very selfish and inconsiderate of them, as this obscured our view and impacted somewhat on our experience. Drinks and snacks seemed reasonably priced. Toilets appeared fairly clean, but had an unpleasant smell. The interior of the vessel was nicely decorated and felt authentic.

No audio No guide. It was just a boat ride around in a. Circle. Pretty lake ofcourse. I also had trouble getting my tickets emailed from TripAdvisor. I had a confirmation number. At first the boat co said they couldn't help but then changed their mind and let us on.

It was a fine boat ride but the audio was very difficult to download and then ran out in the middle of the trip. And it was frequently ahead or behind where we were. We were tired and so just riding on the boat was fine. But I don’t recommend this at all.

Nice boat ride on Lake Geneva. There was no audio guide. The drop off point is by the Ferris wheel, not the original meeting point. Beautiful paddle boat.

Adequate. Audio didn’t work. Nothing available to tell you what you were passing. Mildly interesting- wouldn’t recommend

No audio and expensive drinks menu Never got no information about the history of Geneva,Boat was clean and toilets. Rather book somewhere else

We missed the boat! Got to Montreux with plenty of time to spare but the Christmas market made parking a nightmare,no spaces in the municipal car park,so had a long,slow walk through the crowds. So disappointing for the kids but we enjoyed the market stalls which helped make up for it. Maybe try again next time we visit.

Pretty good! As other reviews have mentioned, download the CGN app in advance, as you’ll need to download about 200mb of data to do the audio tour, but if you come well prepared then it’s an interesting and scenic way to spend an hour!

My wife and I took a Rivera Cruise with wine tasting. Based on their website I was expecting 3 wines and some charcuterie. I didn’t get the charcuterie but got double-sized wine servings so I guess it evened out. The cruise itself was fine but I regret the wine tasting. I think the website is the problem but it could have been the bartender. I couldn’t tell because the bartender didn’t speak English. The company seems to be a water taxi operator that tries to make a few bucks off of tourists. Stick with the basic cruises and don’t bother with the extras. .

Great value for the money. Wish the meetup instructions were a little more definitive. Turns out there are two pickup points. The audio download guide was awesome.

We took a day trip from Lausanne to Evian and back. It was free with our Swiss Travel pass. There are multiple sailings per day. We left at 11 am, had a wander round the town, a delicious lunch and a ride in the funiculaire and were in plenty of time to catch the 2:45 return sailing. A very laidback trip on a nice day.
