Exceptional tour, we had what we expected and even more, we had very limited time, and somehow our tour guide managed to let us pass by important tourist attractions, that of course besides of what's more important which is his respect, kindness, and time accuracy! We had amazing trip to Rome from Civitavecchia with amazing our tour guide. His name Stefano, he was friendly and a lot information he gave us about the city and history behind it. We went to Vatican City, coliseum and the I fountains which is so great place to visit. For sure we will contact him again when we need trips to Rome. Thank you Stefano for nice drove and guided.

Our drivers, Stefano and Luigi were great! They made sure we saw all what we wanted in Rome and recommended some great restaurants. There were 8 of our family on this trip and everyone had a good time. My wife has some mobility issues and they did their best to accommodate her at the various places that we visited.

This was an Amazing experience and our driver Stefano was the BEST... We allowed him to take us to places he felt we would enjoy (this was our first time in Rome) and he did a GREAT job... He allowed us time to take pictures and look around but also kept us on track for our guided Vatican tour... He planned out everything, even got us skip the line tickets, for our tour... The only thing we did was show up at the pick up location outside the ship and he took things from there... He was on time at the beginning of our tour and dropped us off without any problems... When we return, I plan to use them again...

Starting from Civitavecchia port, we were picked up right at the exit of our ship between 07:00 am and 08:00 am by Stefano, our fully licensed driver. The van was impeccably clean, and Stefano's friendly demeanor immediately set the tone for the day. The tour itself was a perfect blend of history and culture. We visited iconic sites like Saint Peter's Square, Navona Square, Trevi Fountain, the Coliseum, Spanish Square, and the Spanish Steps. Between these major stops, we also had the chance to see other historical landmarks, each more fascinating than the last. One of the highlights was our lunch around 01:00 pm, where we indulged in typical Roman cuisine – a delightful experience that truly captured the essence of the city's culinary traditions. Stefano's exceptional service made all the difference. His knowledge of the city's history, coupled with his warm hospitality, ensured we had a memorable and enriching experience. We couldn't have asked for a better tour guide. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Rome in comfort and style!

This was an amazing tour with an amazing driver, Stephano! We got to do everything we wanted in just one day. Stephano picked us up from the cruise port and took us to colosseum and Vatican and everywhere in between. He explained a lot of the history and buildings along the way. He took us to an authentic Italian restaurant- best pizza I’ve ever had! He even surprised us with his own mom’s delicious homemade tiramisu! He got us back to the ship safe and sound. Our Rome tour was an unforgettable experience! Stefano and the driver were exceptional, we were a group of seven and only had a couple of hours in Rome as we were on a cruise. Stefano and the driver were waiting for us right outside the cruise port. In the short time we had we were able to enjoy Rome and have a delicious lunch. Their extensive knowledge and warm hospitality made our trip truly special. Highly recommended!

We were introduced to Estefano and he was waiting for us at the exit of the port, he was very nice and took us to see Rome in several places and our trip was very enjoyable! Driver (Stephano) had excellent knowledge of Rome and spoke very good English. He drove us to within meters of all the sights and points of interest (if you have a blue badge, take it as he can get you even closer). Took us to a backstreet restaurant for the full Italian experience. Would def recommend if there are a few of you.

We lucked out, we needed some transportation from the Celebrity cruise dock into Rome and was lucky to find Stefano Saraceni. He was supposed to drop us off at our hotel but we asked him if he can be our tour guide for the day since our hotel wasn't going to be ready for several hrs. He showed us the best spots and helped us avoid tourist traps . Super friendly and honest! Highly recommend!

From the first moment we met Stephano our Tour Guide/Driver, we knew it was going to be a great day. The drive to Rome went quick with Stephano providing an overview of what our day would be like, along with interesting information about the sights along the way. Once in Rome, he expertly negotiated the narrow streets in his tour van. For the one day tour, Stephano had recommended five sites for us to go tour. Along the way to each one, he would give us some of the history of each site so we would have some background information while viewing it. He would then drop us off quite nearer each site and provide us with explicit instructions on where he would pick us up. And evidently he would be there at the appointed time, no matter how bad the traffic! Are you able to see, the Trevi fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, the Colosseum, a Christmas market, and St. Peter’s Square (with an appearance of the Pope that Stephano found out was happening in wisked us there just in time to see him!) in the middle of the day he dropped us at a restaurant of a friend, that we had a wonderful meal at. before our tour, we had also booked a photographer to take pictures of the family at a couple of the sites. Stephano is more than happy to bring the photographer along between each site saving us much walking time between them. At the end of the day he drove his back and safely delivered us to the ship. We had had such a wonderful day that we booked him to take us to the airport the next day. On the way there we stopped and had a lovely Italian breakfast! If you only have one or two days to see the sides of Rome, I highly recommend Stephano and his taxi/tour service!
