Francisca was amazing and enjoyed my tour with her! She was knowledgeable about Vienna and I saw so many interesting places I never would have known about. She was wonderful!!

Our guide Walter was a wealth of information and he made the city come alive for us. We were exceptionally lucky with the sunny weather.

Ernst out guide was amazing He tailored the tour to our wishes, and showed us many hidden little gems I cannot recommend him enough.

We arrived in Vienna after an Int’l flight from the US and wanted to keep moving to help adjust to the time zone. I booked a 3 ht walking tour. This was a great way to orient us to the old city. We quickly hit many of the old churches an Christmas markets. The tour can be customized to what you want. We also had a tutorial on the transportation & ticket options.

We booked a 6 hour tour and explored major attractions in Vienna. Our guide was Matteo. He was very knowledgeable about major city sites and local culture. We made two stops at adorable cafes per our request. Highly recommend this tour if you want to get a good overview of this magical city from a local’s perspective.

Vienna is a stunning city, and we had a really great guide for our tour of the city. Hernando -Columbian by birth, American by upbringing, and now living in Vienna--knows the city and knows Americans. So, we had a great time with him, we saw a lot and learned a great deal. Including a lot of history that Austrians would not go into (the locals are reticent to discuss some topics, especially WWII) Unlike a lot of well-intentioned guides, Hernando did not bury us in details. Just the most important points, we told him at the outset, and that's what we got. As a result, we probably remember more about Vienna, than any other city that we have toured.

Martin was our guide. We got more than we expected. He met us for coffee in city center and got to know about us in a short period of time. He adjusted his tour according to what we told him about things that we liked. We had so much fun. And he had a ton of history in his back pocket. He pulled out his phone and show us maps of regions, historic moments and old photos of Vienna. We absolutely loved it! We would highly recommend him to anyone headed to Vienna!

Our tour with Jeff was energetic and informative! He gave us some brief history, and some great local recommendations for the rest of our trip. He customised the tour to what we were looking for and offered plenty of suggestions of things for us to do with the rest of our time in Vienna. He was very knowledgeable about the city and knew the streets like the back of his hand.

A great way to see Vienna! We were on a strict time budget, and this tour helped us make the most of the hours we had. Our guide, Jeff, proved to be a wealth of information, and he took us to a lot of top spots in our brief window of time together. Definitely recommend this tour!

I noticed the same "local" tour guide's name in another bad review. They paired us with someone who was from another county, had only been in Vienna for a year, and said that we would "learn about Vienna together." He had zero knowledge of the city. We ended our planned four hour tour after 30 minutes and still had to pay $40 (for 30 minutes of walking from our hotel to the subway) and fight for 2 days and numerous emails to both Lofaky and Get Your Guide home office to retrieve the other $120 owed to us. We feel it should have been a 100% refund since, in writing, we were promised a guide with historical knowledge of Vienna. Everyone was courteous, but it put quite a damper on our limited time in Vienna.

Sacha met my mom and I at our hotel and took us on a lovely 2 hour tour around the area where we were staying (the first district). As requested, she gave us an overview about history, art, culture, and also pointed out local restaurant/cafe recommendations as we went. It was exactly what we had asked for and a great intro to the city in general.

Unfortunately after waiting for 1/2 hour for our tour guide, Arion, who never showed up, we contacted the organizers who were most supportive of us, but could offer no guide. A refund was cooperatively arranged but when you are holidaying and want to understand the uniqueness of cultures today’s experience was not great.

I sent my family on this tour with Ernst during our trip to Vienna. He picked them up at the hotel. They had an exceptional experience. I have never heard them rave this much about a tour before. They loved the experience and said Ernst was exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you Ernst. You made their trip.

Ernst arrive on time at our Airbnb to pick us up. We took the subway to various points of interest and saw just about everything there is to see in Vienna. Ernst spoke really good English and was very knowledgeable. The only complaint I have is that the tour was too long and the 5 hour walk was without much break in between. I guess I should have chosen a shorter option.

Since it was only for my family of 4, we could get 100%concentration from the guide… Was very informative
