What a delightful show. This is the second time I have seen this show and I just loved it. The performers are so talented and they obviously really love entertaining guests. And the staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly. The one thing that really impressed me was that I was actually able to talk with some of the performers. I play classical guitar but have always been fascinated by the zither, an instrument that was played during the show. I asked the woman who played it if I could take a look at it. She was kind enough to bring it to our table and tell me all about it. I thought that was so thoughtful. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Our tour group visited the Tiroler Ensemble Geschwister Gundolf as part of the tour.
We enjoyed the Austrian/German costumes, yodeling, songs and dancing of the performers. What energy they have. Though we were familiar with traditional polkas, they performed some interesting dances (slap dancing) and music using saws and hammers, that were unique and interesting. The show ticket that we had included a beer, wine or other beverage.
It was a fun evening of entertainment.

This night was so much fun. From the quirky local food for dinner to the funny and wild variety of instruments played by the many different performers. They even sung a song from every country in the audience to make us all feel included. Worth every cent paid for the night, loved it all.

We attended the show and included dinner. We enjoyed both!! Note: this is truly a folkloric type performance that showcases Tyrolean dances and musical instruments. The uniqueness is what was most appealing. The dinner was good, not 5 star cuisine but a solid traditional meal.

We enjoyed watching these amazing musicians. We also learned about the traditional Musical instruments and Folk music while being entertained. We opted for the meal ahead of time to get the full experience. There was an additional cost for the meal, but it was worth it!

The evening with the multi generational Gundolf Tyrolean family was an absolute hoot! So much fun from start to finish and so many highlights. The woodchopping dance was great. It was a journey through the traditional music of Austria and culminated with some audience participation at the end.
A nice pint of beer is included in the price.
Highly recommended for a fun night out in Innsbruck.

We wanted to eat dinner on our own, so we only came for the show. It was so charming. This was my teen daughter's first trip Austria (we have Austrian heritage) and she just loved this. The next day she wanted to buy a dirndl! It's a sweet show that gives you a lovely taste of the music and dancing of this alpine region.

The show is very typical from Austria. The singers and dancers are very good. The all performance is good. The food wasn't really good. We understood that all the activity was from 7 to 8.30pm but this was the time for the dinner. The show started at 8.30 and finished at 10pm. The dinner was outside the main room without músic or any atmósfere and then we went inside for the show. I think it is too expensive, but at the end it is worth to go.

The welcoming feeling was apparent on arrival. The show moved quickly, was lively and the performers were enjoying themselves. Each performer was talented. The closing included fags and music from the many countries represented in the audience. Very fun and wonderful.

We had dinner before the show. The food was good (probably not great, but we were there for the show itself - it was still three courses and good value).
The show was highly entertaining and funny. We enjoyed the Tyrolean folk music, dances and the humour woven throughout the performance. The traditional instruments played were also of interest. The performers were energetic and engaging.
At the end of the performance, the group acknowledged each visiting country by singing 30 seconds or so of each country’s national folk song or anthem which was a nice way to end the evening. Hearing Waltzing Matilda and spotting other Australians in the audience (each group stood up for their song) was nice.

Do you only collect from hotels in Innsbruck or do you collect from outside the town? We will be staying in Saalbach am Hinterglemm and would love to see the show!
Written 29 June 2019
I am a little confused. When it says transfers, does it only mean transfer from your hotel in Innsbruck or do they pick up from further afield? We will be staying in Saalbach am Hinterglemm and would love to see this show.
Written 29 June 2019
This means from your accommodation in Innsbruck. When booking tickets for the show there are several options available so the price variations will reflect what options you choose and wish to pay for. Just need to read through their ticket choices.

Is it possible to include transfers if we are not staying in a hotel?
