My family and I joined the tour, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. It seemed poorly planned for families or couples, which made the experience frustrating. We would appreciate it if you could consider providing a refund.

I and my family use the tour and we regret it, the tour is not for family or couples because they no plan for them and i was annoying, I will glad if you can refund us.

Our Guide Bernie made this experience more than great! He really took care of every detail. It was my wife’s birthday and he made sure that we get the best experience. From enjoying nature to the fullest, full of knowledge of history and even during lunch to make sure my wife is getting her birthday celebrated! The whole restaurant was singing! We could not have asked for more!

I toured the tour with Alex, a great fun host! He made this tour an even more highlight. As I have already seen the other Ludwig’s castles, I must say that this one is even more of his extravagant splendor. The tour was more thorough than in the other castles and I really enjoyed it. Alex pointed out so many details and he was just a great host to be with!

Amazing magical place! Full of history and nature! I can only recommend it, despite some rude tourists in this area but our guide Carolin made it to a great highlight area.

When you come to this area take a tour with Be Special Tours! They will make you feel special and it felt like we could not have been taken care of! Our guide Bernie was funny, entertaining and such a great host that we even booked another tour for the next day and do not want to have missed that. A source of knowledge and made us feel so special in the ambiance of this movie location. I thought after this tour that there is nothing that can beat it but the next day was just another highlight after the other. Do yourself a favor and go with this company!

Excellent day visiting two castles, with historical facts and great commentary by our tour guide Bernie as we drove from Salzburg to Fuessen and Oberammergau. Bernie provided lots of knowledge packed in great stories about the area and the history behind the castles, and made our visits to both castles as pleasant and easy as possible, considering how crowded and popular they are. He showed us the most popular photo sports and answered all of our questions. Also a great storyteller with lots of inside facts about King LudwigII. We really enjoyed this tour!

Alex our guide was very entertaining, despite of leaving quite a lot of information for the tour in this palace (which is all good) This place isLudwig’s homage to Versailles. Absolutely fascinating hall of mirrors. Due to the remote location, you have to take a ferry to it, there were quite few visitors (mostly Germans). our English tour seemed to be an almost private tour which was very enjoyable. Great guide and very informative. The unfinished parts of the island have been turned into a wildlife preserve, a great plus!

We took this tour as a transfer tour from Salzburg to Munich and were glad we did! Bernie, our guide, was a great host,driving us through great landscape to the lake where we took a boat ride to the island, followed by a little walk and through a great guided tour of the palace. I really enjoyed it. I am glad we did not miss out on this palace. Absolutely stunning and overwhelming. Our hotel in Munich seemed to be just a bed and breakfast after seeing such splendor.

The lake district area is stunning. The views and town is amazing. Everyone must visit this place. I will return back to it. The restaurant outside of Hallstatt a bit off the beaten track from 1570s was outstanding. A great combination of tour!

Visited this place along with my family during this private tour directly from out hotel in Salzburg. There are lots of scenic spots along the way and we stopped at some of the nicest ones, enjoying the greenery, the serenity and tranquility along the way but once reached Hallstatt then it became crowed with a lot of tourists. I though that Hallstatt is a town from the 16th century….. Was I wrong! the guide showed us that there is history of even going back to 5000BC. It just blew my mind that I was even able to touch some of the artefacts from more than 1000BC. I am so impressed about this village and luckily we were able to stay more time to really enjoy and feel it. I am still impressed.

It made us bring back so many memories and we just loved it. It brought back so many memories and being in the real locations and replaying some scenes was great fun. Despite our craziness the guide Bernie was so entertaining and even supported us in our doing. Thank you for the patience from the crazy Texan ladies!

To tell you the truth it was an honor to be taken around by such great people! We were a bigger group and Alex and Bernie just made this tour the highlight of our trip. Salzburg will always be in our hearts and having the flexibility to be around locals that really enjoy their beautiful nature as well as being so entertaining we could not have chosen anything better and just simply loved it.
