Overview
Rustle up an Austrian apple strudel during a cooking class in Salzburg. In a small group of no more than 15 people, you’ll prepare the pastry and marinate the apples to create one of the country’s iconic desserts. Learn from the chef and hear tips to make your own strudel back at home. The experience is available with a choice of two start times when you book.
What to Expect
Learn how to prepare an original Austrian apple strudel. During this class, you will be guided by your experienced chef. Each class will have a maximum of 15 people, and be broken down further into tables of 3 to 5 people. You will be asked to fully partake in all the stages of preparation. Activities such as marinating the apples and stretching out the pastry can be a lot of fun, and the whole experience of making the strudel is guaranteed to be as rewarding as enjoying the final outcome itself.

Something different!

We did an apple strudel making lesson. It is set in a quirky cave. Very well organised and great fun. We were very pleased with our end result especially as we got to eat it!
