We had a fantastic time on the tour. April was a brilliant tour guide who was full of information both about the film and the real life Von Trapps. The scenery was beautiful and the tour was fun.

Excellent interactive experience, a must for any fan of the Sound of Music 🎶. The guide, April was so knowledgeable and shared it in an easy, warm style. It was well organised with surprises along the way. I would definitely recommend this tour.

OMG what an amazing tour. We laughed cried and sang our hearts out. April was just the best tour guide very knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. Story telling of the real von trapp family, tour guides were very knowledgeable and interactive with the audience. Easy booking easy pick up and the tour isn’t too long, still gives you things to do throughout the day

We had a great experience. The tour was brilliant. All of the spots that the bus took us too were beautiful. The host Mitch was very funny and entertaining while also giving us interesting facts about the movie, filming and Salzburg. Would definitely reccomend.

Probably the best day trip we’ve done! And we’ve done quite a few. Lots of fun and singing. Of course you should be familiar with the movie but you’ll learn things you didn’t know.

Great tour and Simon was engaging and quite humorous. Would’ve loved to have stopped at the abbey instead of driving past it. A few places were closed off so no access..including the gnome, some of the garden part, the house Maria first arrives at singing to meet the children but otherwise, a fantastic tour. A memorable one.

This was not only a Sound of Music tour, but a tour of the city and lakes of Salzburg, complete with a history lesson from our knowledgeable guide Antonio. Highly recommend if you are a fan of the movie, but also if you want an entertaining way to see this beautiful city.

For Sound of Music fans this is a must! It is possible to visit many of the locations by foot yourself but this is the better way to get your fix. Our guide Mitch was great fun and engaging. The tour brings you to all of the key shooting locations in a SOM designed bus, the soundtrack is played too so enjoy the sing-along! Visiting the Cathedral where the wedding was filmed is spectacular, particularly as the journey takes you through the Lake District area which is breathtaking. The tour does not feel rushed and you have plenty of time for photographs and recreating your favourite scenes. Thanks again to Mitch!!

This tour was bought for my wife being a huge sound of music fan for xmas to do in March. The guide Bridget was fantastic and made us smile and sing all the way round. Stunning scenery and happy wife. A big well done

Fabulous tour, Alenka the guide and driver very knowledgeable and friendly. Was a really good insight to the movie and we say some best sights if the countryside. would highly recommend this tour.

Sound of Music On a personal level, my family was one of the many to sit at the piano and play all the songs from the Roger’s and Hammerstein Sound of Music Broadway music book. From a documentary on TV, I’m surprised to discover that many people living in Salzburg don’t know anything about The Sound of Music. The tour lasted about four hours and stopped at many of the iconic scenes from the movie. The soundtrack was played on the bus while riding around and everyone sang along with the soundtrack. It was fun!
