Overview
Discover Iceland and Reykjavik’s unique history during this 2.5-hour walking tour. Listen to interesting stories and history from your guide stretching as far back as 1,150 years as you explore the capital’s highlights such as the Reykjavik Cathedral, Einar Jonson’s Sculpture Garden, and City Hall. This tour also includes a hot drink and traditional Icelandic dessert to warm up in the middle of your walk.
What to Expect
You will meet us in front of the beautiful Hallgrímskirkja Church at. From there we will walk to Einar's Jónsons's Sculpture Garden and take a back route to Reykjavík downtown. We will walk past the Pond, Reykjavík City Hall and the Reykjavík Cathedral on our way to Alþingi Parliament House. We will make a stop for hot drinks and dessert at a local café and continue with our storytelling to give you insight into Iceland's history and culture (included in the price).

We aim to provide a personal touch and that is why we always keep our groups small and intimate.

Fantastic tour of Reykjavik

We really enjoyed this tour. Lalli, our guide, was very friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The history was very interesting and the route included some places tourists might not usually go. Brilliant- thank you!
