  • Combine a glacier lagoon visit with highlights of the south coast
  • Take an unforgettable lagoon boat trip surrounded by icebergs
  • Walk behind a teeming waterfall
  • Learn secrets of the area's history and geology from your guide
What to Expect
Meet your guide and settle in for the journey to the south coast of Iceland and Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon. En route to the glacier, make several stops at some of south Iceland's best attractions, including the little village of Vík, famed for its picturesque wooden church set atop a hill, and the black-sand beach of Reynisfjarna.  Upon arrival at the Glacier Lagoon, take a boat ride among the icebergs while learning about the formation of the glacier and its lagoon. Back on dry land, and on the bus, head back toward Reykjavik, stopping at the waterfalls of Skogafoss and Seljalandsfoss along the way. Don't miss the opportunity to walk behind Seljalandsfoss. Your tour ends with a drop-off back at your departure point.

Excellent tour. Our guide was fabulous. The scenery was amazing and the boat ride through Glacier Lagoon was beautiful and unforgettable. The travel company who runs the tour went out of their way for me. I left my credit card at a place we stopped for lunch earlier in the day.

Joined the 14 hour trip to the glacier lagoon and was fortunate that it was a glorious sunny day. The journey was long but there was ample toilet and meal breaks. The guide (Yona) was very informative and entertaining. Couldn’t be more pleased with the tour. Thank you so much!!
