Very special and amazing trip on the nature! The guide was super friendly and took care of us as well! 🏞️ That said it was a great experience and we would love to come back one day!

Our guide took us kayaking on the river. It was an enjoyable, easy kayaking even if you’re a novice. The view was beautiful and it was so peaceful.

Absolute rip off. We booked this with such high hopes, and could not have been more disappointed. The evening was perfect, conditions were great and the aurora was BEAUTIFUL! Unfortunately, the guides had no idea how to operate a camera, so the promise of 'professional' photos is a complete lie. Once we arrived at the viewing destination, one guide gave the other a crash course in how to take the photos as they had never operated a camera before. At the end of the the night we were assured by the photographer that we would receive our images the next day via text. After 48 hours we contacted Wonderlapland who told us that the waiting period would be significantly longer. After two weeks and multiple phone calls we received the images 'as a special favour'. They noted that other tour attendees had not yet received their images, and were were lucky to get them so early. The photos were a waste of time. Shockingly bad. Photos we took ourselves were significantly higher quality. After querying why the images were so blurry and requesting the high-resolution versions, Wonderlapland stated that it was impossible to take clear photos when the people in the photos were moving. I noted that the images that had no people in them were also blurry, at which time they said they would 'look into it' and 'get back to me'. Trying to exercise patience, I have waited a month to follow up, in which case I was told that images are deleted after 2 weeks so we could no longer see them (please refer to my abovementioned timeline to share in my outrage). They also don't issue refunds after 10 days (although they neglected to respond to any correspondence within this time period), so we are left with nothing. I can't describe how disappointed we are with the overall experience, how poorly the images turned out and the treatment since. The only consolation is that the aurora was spectacular that evening, but Wonderlapland cannot take responsibility for that! Don't waste your time. If you're in a group it would be cheaper to hire a car for the night and go out yourselves.

The welcome was extremely mediocre, the people in charge of the establishment were rude and the organisation was deplorable. Our tour was delayed by 2 hours and we didn't get a discount. The manager, Nassim, had promised us a guide who spoke German, but we ended up with Miguel, a Spaniard who spoke very poor English. TO BE AVOIDED!!!!

The reception was extremely poor, and the agency managers were rude and terribly disorganised. He had forgotten to put petrol in the car, and we were stopped by the police because our guide Miguel was driving too fast. As a result, we were unable to complete our tour and were never reimbursed. TO BE AVOIDED WITHOUT ANY HESITATION

Amazing group of people! We had all our tours last minute cancelled by another company and Miguel helped us re book last minute with Wonder Lapland- we also got engaged under the northern lights which was fantastic! Their prices are much fairer than other companies and they are more intimate versus a bus filled with 50 people where you are just a number. A lot of the bad reviews are less about Wonder Lapland, Miguel, and his team and more to do with people coming to the Arctic Circle not prepared to be in -30 and thinking nature obeys our command.

Anna, our guide, was very kind and sweet although the tour was really very poor value for money. Basically the only thing included was the pick up and transfer with a van to a 30minutes away location from Rovaniemi. The idea is that you stay in a van (not particularly warm - it was -35 outside) and wait for the guide to check if anything appears and come back to get you. The guide being very young and from a Mediterranean country and having been in Lapland for a year, did and could not share any local information as per the activity description on the website. We should have been recommended to hire the thermal outfits and for 132 Euro a thermos of hot tea could and should have been included. The guide, as much as enthusiastic for Northern Lights and very sweet, did not explain much, she used apps anyone can download and understand and eve the groups pics fairly poor quality. Far far to expensive for what it offered.

We had a fantastic experience on the tour, and loved the remoteness and small group atmosphere. The photographer was so friendly and helpful. The drivers had a bit of trouble with the car, and the sunroom kept popping off but it was a fun experience and gave us a good story to tell. Sadly, that has been ruined as the company will not reply to any of our messages we have sent enquiring about our pictures. We have tried ringing, texting, emailing, using the website enquiry form and even Instagram DMing but it all goes unanswered. On the night, the drivers told us we would get the pictures that night. We thought that was a bit odd as it was 1am when we were dropped off so we waited to contact the company until the next day but it has now been three days with no contact. If this is rectified our review would be much higher as we loved the tour itself.

This was so much fun! We were driven to the husky farm, given instructions on how to drive the sledge, then we were off! Very exciting through beautiful snowy forest. Then a stop halfway to warm up round a fire in a tipi with a hot drink. Back on the sledge to the start. 10km was a good length of time. The husky farm compete their dogs in long distance races, so we were treated to a really interesting talk and video about that before a last stroke of the dogs. All the dogs were very friendly and loved being petted. It was very clear how much the dogs were loved and cared for.

While this tour agent doesn’t seem as popular as others in the town, but we ended up having good time as only three of us , feel like a private tour. Audrey the tour guide is good in helping us to take pictures with appropriate lighting. We saw Aurora and very happy with the service and good value for money for the tour!

They came to pick us up to the Santa Claus Village. The guide was really nice and she was all the time taking care of the two families that were part of the activity. It was important because we were not the only group in the farm. Additionally she shared with us really good information about reindeers and also the surroundings that was a plus.

The journey to Sweden with this tour was nothing short of spectacular. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making the experience even more memorable. Our quest for the Northern Lights was met with awe-inspiring displays, making the trip truly unforgettable. Highly recommend this tour for an enchanting adventure under the Arctic skies!

Wonderlapland organized for us a trip to do self driven Huskies. The whole experience was amazing from the pick up from the hotel till a beautiful Huskies farm and experience to drive Huskies itself. We felt taken care of, received a special warm clothes, learned a lot about Huskies and experience to drive them and be close to them. We could not ask for more and will definitely recommend this activity to all friends and other families as it was a highlight during our stay in Lapland! Thank you

Friendly on pickup and right through the travel down and return reindeer farm and sleigh ride very good plenty of knowledge given and overall nice people

It was such a wonderful walk/hike. It was -3F but we dressed for the weather. The guide was great. She pointed out some items but let us enjoy the nature. She was very patient with our jet lagged and this grumpy and tired teen (woke at 4am that morning). If you like hiking/walking and want to try it somewhere new I recommend this experience
