About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Cruiser238143906890 contributionsDisappointingWould perhaps appeal to the younger tourist market who are trying to cram everything into a half day tour. We as two seasoned travellers, looking to experience the beauty of Greece were very disappointed in this tour. The pick up driver to the port was friendly and punctual, but we then were transferred to a boat skipper. On arrival at the port (which was filthy and crowded) we went to Cameo island, which was also filthy and crowded. A certain amount of chaos before being loaded onto a boat, and then some awful turtle wrangling, when a number of boats circled one poor turtle, we hope it survived. Then onto Marathonisi where we were left and told we would be picked up again in an hour and 40 minutes. The beach and water were crowded and noisy with people and boats, again a very chaotic experience. The last leg to Keri Caves, while beautiful landscapes and water, was spoilt by too many boats, loud music and our skipper feeding fish w bread. The final stop to the olive press museum was nothing but a sales exercise.Written 24 September 2024
- kerrybirch10 contributionsLovely experienceLovely experience however we did not get to see a turtle. We swam in the sea near keri caves and then stopped off at turtle island. You can swim and snorkel there. A few places to get drinks and snacks was a lovely trip out.Written 20 September 2024
- Anghared640 contributionsAmazing Experience not to be missed.Absolutely brilliant trip - very professional - and we saw a turtle. George was great and very informative on the trip. Boat ride was amazing especially swimming at Keri Caves.Written 18 September 2024
- isabeltS9706WT0 contributionsEnjoyable but there are much cheaper options availableGreat trip, I didn't give 5* because we soon discovered there were much cheaper tours available! Still enjoyable and we got to see turtles.Written 13 September 2024
- cristinarC5727BW0 contributionsZakynthos TourIt was a great experience, amazing views, nice places. The boat trip was good, the only thing we were not happy about was that we were left on Marathonisi Island for an hour in the rain( just unlucky to get heavy rain as soon as we got there) because the boat had to leave to bring another group. There was no shelter, so we got soaked.Written 11 September 2024
- Y2118DOamandar0 contributionsNo respect for the environment or the turtlesDo your research before you go, really wish I did. The tour company do not have their own boat so it's a free for all for them to throw you on whatever boat arrives. Cameo Island is a big rock that is rammed full of people with very little space and smells like a big toilet. You then join the chaos of being squeezed onto what ever boat has space (we ended up in Pegasus Tours). You are skin to skin with strangers on a hot and over crowded boat with no room to move. The captain was only interested in touching up the young girls on the boat and getting them to sit and drive the boat. Absolutely no rules with regards to the turtles were followed. All of the boats got way to close, following and hassling the animals with the engines and propellers going. I looked at the rules after which are really easy to find on Google and which the companies should be aware of. The behaviours shown by the captain and other boats in the area can cause females to prematurely release their eggs in the sea and heart attacks in the males and females. These are an endangered species! The guide tried to tell me they didn't follow the turtles when I asked about how close the boats got and tried to tell me the turtles actually approached the boats....... I felt really upset by the end of the trip and I really hope no turtles were injured by the boat we were on. I will be making reports to the relevant Zakynthos authorities.Written 9 September 2024

- 273justinas0 contributions11 out of 10 experience! Would totally recommend and repeat it!This tour turned out to be one of the best experience on my vacation in Greece! This 8+ hour trip lets you see most iconic and breathtaking things of Zakinthos, that you could never see only by your car or hiking. Well planed and organised route, nice small group, plenty of interesting stops inside the water (including swimming in the remote beautiful beaches) as well as explores on the land! The cherry on top was our tour guide George - a profesional, interesting, fun and sweet person to spend a day with, exploring the mysteries of Zakinthos and Greece. We could have not asked for a better tour guide! Thank you very very much!Written 2 September 2024
- Timothy B0 contributionsGreat places but poor operatorOk the negatives first… Mini bus was terrible old and shabby with no air con uncomfortable ride to our destination. Driver although very pleasant spoke broken English communication wasn’t good with instruction as to where we was to go meeting points and times eg. Boarding our boat was very disorganised people every where different parties mixed together poorly organised. On our return from turtle island couldn’t find our driver it was a little disconcerting spending time looking around in a very large car park soaking wet after being in a thunder storm on the boat. Paid £97.90 for me and my partner not good value for money!! Should have booked it at the resort much cheaper. Now the positives the boat and the skipper / mate was brilliant very friendly and good company, got some great photos of turtles swimming right up against the boat Amazing !!!! Camero island beautiful got some great pictures well worth the visit . Turtle island wow loved every minute great lovley sandy beach, great floating beach bar. Lovley swimming in crystal clear water but that’s where it all ends had to cut the trip short because got caught up in a Thurber and lighting storm not a nice place to be when your in the eye of a thunder storm on a boat heading back to port….. tour operators have no control over Mother Nature … 5/10 for us not good value for moneyWritten 29 August 2024
- Virginia H0 contributionsFabulous day would recommendGreat trip, good guide, fantastic experience seeing the turtles and time on a beach to swim and relax. Enjoyed an ice-cream and drink on the beach. Be aware no toilets for 3 hours of the trip (not on the boat or island) had to wait for cameo island . Only had 20 mins to look around . Other than that all good 👍😊 Tips, take a snorkel and lots of sunscreenWritten 24 August 2024
- NorthStar284949438520 contributionsGreat for couples, not for young kidsGuides were very good and helpful. I wouldn’t reccomend this for a young family as it was a lot of waiting around and it did end quite a bit later than advertised. Kids were hungry and tired/hot. The olive oil press museum was a bit of a waste as the tour group was so large, when standing at the back (as we were) we couldn’t hear a single thing. Turtles and turtle island was really cool.Written 22 August 2024
- tchalkiana0 contributionsCrystal clear watersWe had great experience in a private boat, it was just adorable, our captain was a greek man and showed us the most beautiful parts, we really enjoyed the tripWritten 18 August 2024
- thedhillonone0 contributionsGood tourGood tour. Bottomless boat. Don’t see much through glass bottom though. Great way to see south of island 3 hours on boat Saw one turtle. Many boats surrounding the poor turtle. Went in to some caves Lots of small boats stopping at small secluded beaches. Wish we had one of those instead Non the less good tour.Written 12 August 2024
- Brunella S0 contributionsA day out in Zante to see turtles and do some great swimmingThe trip was very well organised. On time as scheduled. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We saw some lovely places and had a really good time. I think it was excellent value for money. We got picked up on time, visited an olive oil producer, then went to a small island to see turtles, and then went on a boat to another island, where we spent an hour and a half approximately. It was a lovely beach and great for snorkelling if you have teenagers. We then went to see some caves and swam a bit more. Beautiful scenery definitely recommend it.Written 3 August 2024
- todguest0 contributionsNice trip, felt sorry for the turtle.Friendly bus driver and boat captain. We hated the boats surrounding and disorienting the poor sea turtle. There should be no more than 2 boats near a turtle and certainly not trying to get over the top of it in a glass bottom boat.Written 16 July 2024

I would love to give this a tour a 5 stars, but it wasn’t the greatest. I would give George the guide 5 stars for being so spectacular. Unfortunately, I had spoken with the company about a refund of 20€ and by the end of the trip, they only refunded me 10€. Some how the information I was given had changed. I went to see the shipwreck and due to weather, we were unable to see it, which they told us from the start. The blue caves weren’t that exciting. I would have liked if they had an alternative plan for it the weather isn’t good for the ship reck, that they had taken us turtle seeing or something equally spectacular. The olive tasting was very good and the products were fantastic. But overall, I wouldn’t waste the money if they tell you you cannot go see the ship reck. Oh, and the photo at the top of the hill that you see many people taking is no longer an option. Would have liked to known that before I had booked too. You can no longer get that spectacular photo due to the trail being closed. And water nor food is provided for this tour. You will have to eat at the spot chosen for this tour but you will be paying for it yourself. Would have liked if meals were provided.

Worst experience I've had this holiday. Zero stars if I could. We booked in person with them at their "luxury" hotel (complete joke, though that's for a different review). We were told fairly private, less than 20 people. While that's true for your van for the land portion (which is over 75% of this tour), multiple vans join up for the boat. It was overly crowded so we were sat on the front bench, where water sprays you the entire time. Because of this, we apparently missed the announcement that we wouldn't be going to shipwreck beach as advertised. "Weather" was sited as the reason, though it was gorgeous and calm. You spend more time at businesses and tavernas that they are helping to get business. Shops weren't worth the 40ish minutes spent between them. Food at the taverna was mediocre at best. People encountered both with the tour and the taverna were rude. The final beach they took us to was terrible. Pebbles instead of sand and smelled disgusting as it was advertised as a "sulfur" beach. Once you realize it's a trap, you are forced to stay with them as you are stranded due to the area they take you to being completely deserted. Waste of an entire day. Waste of an entire trip for us as this was the main reason we came to this island and, if we were able to do over, we would skip this tour, Dali "luxury" rooms hotel, and the entire third-world island of Zakynthos. Please, take this warning and go to ANY other Greek island.

We had an amazing day seeing the Blue Caves and touring the beautiful countryside. George was our tour guide and he was great! Sakis was our guide on the boat. He was also excellent and brought us swimming in a stunning private cave. We also got talking to the other tour guides and they were so friendly and personable. We highly recommend using Dalí to see this beautiful island 😊

Honestly LIES ON LIES ON LIES! I started at 7:30 made us wait for over an hour to actually take off and when we were leaving they told us we weren’t going to the actual view of the shipwreck. Which honestly was the most disappointing the only reason I book the tour. And didn’t give us an option to get out anymore. The “small” group “no more than 20” was a lie it’s was 40 people not a glass bottom boat only allowed to swim 15 mins on the boat stop didn’t let us enjoy the caves. The driver was excellent great host the experience over all I wouldn’t recommend anyone. Definitely find a better group. It’s a beautiful view in the water the boat and the amount of people was just not acceptable to me, many people were angry because we didn’t fit. After everything they were suppose to take us back to our hotel had to wait over an hour and they just kept saying 10 more mins.

Chalifa picked us up right on time from our pick up spot on the morning of the trip. He made us feel welcome from the start. We were taken to a beautiful winery and then to several stunning beaches where we had the chance to swim. We then got onto the boat and went to the blue caves and then to smugglers cove. After we had lunch at a beautiful beach front restaurant, we drove to the smugglers cove viewpoint for an indescribable view and lastly to see the 2000 year old olive tree.
This trip is well thought out and such amazing value for money. Chalifa is a wonderful guide and friend who is passionate about his island.
We had a special surprise as two talented photographers joined us on our trip, taking professional photos for us and they were so much fun to have around! We had a lovely group and met some lovely people.
The trip lasted about 9 hours all together which can change so don’t book any dinner plans as you want to enjoy every moment and not want it to be over.
Thank you so much Dali tours for an unforgettable day!!!

Me and my girlfriend were in Zakynthos for a week and decided to go on a full island tour to see as many things possible. For the price that we were offered, we were extremely satisfied with everything we saw.
We saw the amazing view of beach Navagio, the Blue Caves, and we had amazing lunch in a tasty Greek restaurant, recommended by our tour guide George(Yiorgos). He was overall very friendly, cool and helping everyone a lot. Thanks to him we had way more fun than usual. So Dali tours in my opinion definitely gives worth to the money you spend :)

The places we went to weren’t all the places that were advertised, we never got to visit Agios Nikolaos, Bochali view point or Makris Gialos beach. The tree is only seen in passing from the window of the van as there’s nothing else but a tree. Overall, the tour was ok as the boat was fun and the tour guides are nice, but I would recommend then, just to buy a tour where you go to Navagio beach. The picture shown to advertise this tour a viewpoint where is not allowed to go to anymore, so don’t except to see this. The worst part was that the tour practically forces you to eat at a restaurant that they are clearly getting paid commission on in Anafonitria. Also, keep in mind it’s 8/9 hour tour just in case you want to make some plans.

Dear guest
thank you for joining our tour.
me, personally, the owner talked to all of the group before the tour starts, and explained everything with honesty about the situation of the earthquake ,and that the local authorities do not allow us to visit the shipwreck view point, and we promised all the group to do our best to show you more locations and more beaches, to give you more time and to do our best.
....pick up you from the door of your hotel.
....bochali view point[ it is 3 minutes by car from our office]and i can't understand why you wrote that you did not visit?
....Anafonitria beach..according to the weather conditionsand for the good and safety of our customers, we take the boat from the east side[ st.nikolas harbor] or the west side Anafonitri beach
....the shipwreck beach [ port authorities allows only photos
....the blue caves
....the white beach
....swimming inside one of the caves
.... ooseidon face
..... stop for lunch..we do not force anyone to eat from this restaurant, you could have gone to the opposite one..
.... stop at the olive tree,it is not just an olive tree,it is one of the oldest olive trees in the world.
...stop at a traditional workshop of olive oil and wine
... xegia beach with its sulphur water
... makri giallo beach[ you went for coffee with the driver and did not even take a photo there].
...drop off at the door of your hotel.
what else can i offer you????????
after all of this you asked to refund your money???
and when we refused ,cause we did the best and please read the reviews of some of our customers the same day....excellent...we are proud.
and when we refused ,you just write something to complain??? for just complaining.
thank you again

Amazing. All the stops were great. Sakis our guide considered us as guests and not customers which showed through his very friendly and helpful behaviour. Any request to him was immediately answered with a smile. He was great and the excursion was amazing. When we went to the shop to taste the local products, which were amazing btw, he said to only buy if we wanted. « Do not buy if you don’t want to, if you like you buy, if not just taste everything ».
Highly recommend this excursion!

We had an amazing experience with Dali tours very well organised and tailormade to our needs.
Our pic up from the hotel was not a problem and also with a luxury Mercedes.
The driver-guide Kostas was very polite and helpful on the way and shown us some unique things.
Very good value for money I strongly suggest it.
Thanks for the good time Dali tours definitely the best.

During this one day trip you will get an unforgettable experience and see the best views of Zakynthos island. Our guide - Dimitris - has been so passionate about everything, big thanks to him! Speed boat trip is not suitable for teens/kids/pregnant and elderly people. Next time we would like to have at least emergency vests on.. We spent a great day with Dali Tours. I just recommend to be a bit more cautious about health and safety while on board of the boat.
