Amazing experience. Very friendly and helpful team. Would highly recommend! The team take photos under water which you can purchase after too which is great. Very good experience for first time divers, the team were very helpful.

We had a great say doing the scuba taster session. The Rhodes team were extremely professional and with added humor to relax everyone. Fantastic location and instruction. The slight negitive was that the on board snack and drinks had to be paied for in cash which we didn't have with us. Had we known we would have brought some. Other wise an excellent trip, thank you 👍🏼

We just finished the open water diving course and it was brilliant from the off, starting with Riitta’s incredibly fast response to our booking request and ending with our first qualified dive which was amazing. There is such a nice atmosphere on the boat, everyone is so friendly and fun, and it is an organised and well run operation. I was slightly apprehensive at the beginning, but our instructor Paul is a 10/10 and couldn’t have been better. Super reassuring and patient, explained things so well and was fun to spend time with. He went out of his way to give us this great experience, and we are really grateful. He is clearly very passionate about diving and gave us so much great advice about diving in the future, where to go, equipment etc. Thank you Waterhoppers and a massive thank you to Paul!

My son 10 yrs started with a try dive since diving has been a dream since he was around 5 years old. And he found a dream world. He completed his first diving certificate with amazing guidance. Everyone at Kolymbia was very caring and helpful to give him a great time and education. I would recommend them highly ! 👌

We did snorkeling close from Rhodoes city center. Boat ride wqs approx. 1hr from the harbor. We got snorkeling gear and short briefs about the trip. We were split in different groups to do the snorkeling. There wqs plenty if time to swim and come up for a break and go back in again. Staff was very friendly and showed some nice spots under water. My spouse had not done snorkeling for over 20 years and was afraid it would be hard, it was not. However, she had some issues with her googles and mouthpiece, but after changing to another one everything was good and she had fun. If you like swimming and be in the water, this is highly recommended!

My wife and I wanted to thank you for a great adventure, it was our first dive. Organized crew and many amazing experiences. Fab group of instructors!!! Great couple of routes taken in clear lovely water. My 12 year old was very well taken care of. So she had confidence to participate fully. Great location on the South of the Island

I qualified as an Open Water Adv Diver with Waterhoppers in ‘97 when I was living & working on Rodos. and was able to dive weekly. I also did a refresher with them in the early 2000s. I was trained by Jill Simmonds, who is now I believe, the company owner. My daughter wants to learn this Summer. So, here’s to ‘walking on sunshine’ with Waterhoppers in July/Aug.

We went snorkelling in Pefkos, our instructor Emily was absolutely amazing, she was so welcoming and explained everything and made sure we could see everything we possibly could and she told us about all the different types of things we were seeing underwater. It was a perfect experience and I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Emily!

I booked snorkeling with my friend who is not confident in the water and not much of a swimmer. Emily was so patient and managed to put her mind at rest. We were given wet suits as the water was a little cold. My friend wasn't so confident when we got waterside and opted to stay close to the edge. Emily took her group out with me in it. When we got back, my friend was snorkeling with Chris who somehow put her at ease and gave her confidence to go out. Emily was prepared to take her out on a one to one when we got back if she hadn't snorkeled. Such friendly, amazing, patient staff. Thank you so much for w lovely experience. Maybe next time, I might try a dive!! 🙂

I did a first time try dive and additional dive both around 5 - 7m and thoroughly enjoyed it. The team were very patient and helpful putting you at ease at all times with a very British sense of humour peppered in for good measure. In terms of marine life we didn’t see a huge variety but to be honest that wasn’t a big issue as it was a new skill to learn. If I had been here longer I definitely would have taken the 2 day course to do more. Highly recommend!

The lovely Nicola came to our hotel offering free discovery sessions in the pool. I am a qualified diver although hadn't dived in some years. I text Nicola explaining I was nervous but she was very reassuring and explained every aspect should I book answering all my questions. On the day, I was picked up from my hotel and did 2 beach dives in Kolympia with Sam. Sam was amazing, really easy to chat to, listened to me at every stage and we had 2 really nice dives. Manage to spot some octopus and some beautiful fish. Can't recommend these guys enough. Was a really great day and dropped off at the end of the day back to my hotel. Met Brooke too as she was taking new Divers out at the same beach. Great people all round. Wouldn't hesitate to book again. 2 dives with all kit and air Included and transport worked out about £99

I know this company well after working with them many years ago. They have always had a core of PADI instructors who return for many a season which says a lot about the organisation as a whole. I trusted them with teaching my 12yo through his Junior scuba diver and couldnt be more happy with the treatment he received; his instructor, Sam was the right level of patient, stern and fun, he was engaging and explained things well, and had no qualms in 'telling Ciaran off' but this was always for his safety and done with compassion and humour. We were lucky to fit in a day of qualified diving too where I was able to go down and although it is early for much sealife, we managed to see quite a lot. I have dived in Kalithea through high season which is a great spot for try diving and snorkling, I definitely recommend this for people who'd like to try it out. Dives are supervised the entire time with a skilled set of surface divers ready to help at any moment. Ladiko was new to me and I found it perfect as a qualified diver for re-evaluating my bouancy after a break and going a little deeper. It's true that the med isn't the most colourful and exciting, but the crystal clear waters and abundant nooks make seeking out sealife lots of fun. Considering we dived end of March early April when sealife isn't so abundant, we saw octopus, squid, lion fish and barracuda! If you fancy doing a course on holiday, I recommned booking before arrival and completing the e-learning package in the comfort of home so you're not rushing to get it done, my little boy is dyslexic so he could take his time and really assimilate the learning (it only took him aroud 2 days of dipping in and out to get the whole lot done). This is a fabulous holiday activity, but at the end of the day, it really does require focus and a little dedication for you to gain a lifelong skill that you can enjoy for many future holidays.
