    The football Stadium, Huge
This stadium is enormous and dominates the area. It is served directly by the Metro and is not too far from the big train station. There was not a match going on for our visit, but it must be striking to see it full of people. Set in the middle of a dense area and on a hillside.

Witness Madjer's magic, see fantastic Futre and honour Gentleman Bobby in the Dragon's Den
While defeat in the 2003 UEFA Cup final hurt badly (Deco and Derlei would have rivalled Greg Louganis on the Olympic stage), this was the highlight for my 8YO son and I during our 5 days in Porto. It was 4 or 5 stops from Trinidade (400m from our apartment), and near a good shopping mall and food court too. 30 euro allowed us to visit the stadium and the museum. While 45-minute tour was standard fare, it showcased a compact bowl with great views throughout. As a Celtic fan, the best moment there was lifting the European Cup on the touchline with my son. This was made even sweeter because of the grumpy look from a former Rangers player because Conor was wearing his Celtic away shirt (unless mistaken, one of the worst Crystal Palace managers of all time). Maybe AVB (Club President) will invite into his box for real next time - make mine a cold beer. After a quick break, we spent the next 90 minutes in the museum, where we got to know the history of the club and its evolution into a European powerhouse. Video highlights of all key European and Intercontinental matches (including Rabah Madjer's backheel against Bayern in 1987), the fan experience and the opportunity for photos with statues of the best XI and former managers (Madjer, Futre, Branco and Bobby Robson were my favourites) made this a truly memorable experience. While the team and guides were very friendly, and spoke great English, the New Balance replica kits in the club shop were over-priced for T-shirts without embroidered badges (which would be standard practice in the UK). Although I did not mind 15 euro for the European Cup image, the other merchandise (bobble hats, fridge magnets, programmes and boot bag) were reasonable value for money. In my experience, Porto, Benfica and Atletico Madrid are all very welcoming places for genuine football fans. Good luck for season 2024/2025.

    Had such a great time!
It ended up raining, so we were really glad to be seated under the overhang. Game was amazing and they gave out noisemakers and flags to the fans.

    First euro football match
The stadium is really nice and clean. The FC Porto store is actually located outside of the stadium. No alcohol was served inside but the sandwiches we purchased were pretty good. The staff there were very helpful and professional even with a little language barrier. It’s a really different experience than attending a game in the states. The crowd was awesome, I definitely recommend attending an FC Porto match.

    Amazing and Hot Soccer Atmosphere!
The home of FC Porto, the Dragao (Dragon) Stadium. Very cool design and hot atmosphere, I suggest to do the museum tour and enjoy and stadium for any soccer fan. I was even luck enough to get tickets and watch the Porto vs. Benfica game and feel the really exciting atmosphere!

    Great experience & atmosphere.
If you get a chance to see FC Porto live you won’t regret it. Luckily there was a match during my vacation in Portugal. Would surely go again if possible. Enjoyed FC Porto vs. Club Brugge.

For an Authentic Local Experience regardless if your a fan of the sport do it.
Wow What a great Experience watching this first game of the season. Crowded statdium, passionate fans. Even some nice girls let my daughter skip the line in the bathroom since it was just daddy daughter day. People were so nice... Cant suggest this more for anyone wanting to try a local experience not tourist trap.

    Exceptional
I live in Turkey and I am a Besiktas fan. Quaresma played for us and for Porto and it is must for a fan like me to visit this amazing and exceptional stadium. Paying 15 euros is definitely worth doing it. Museum and of course the stadium was phenomenal. A must do in your bucket list if you are in Porto.

Best Stadium tour we've been on !!
Very pleasantly surprised by the breadth of interest from this tour, particularly . The depiction of the history of the club and its place in the Community in the brilliantly designed and atmospheric Museum was genuinely fascinating for all of us (ages 22 to 62) ..... so much so we nearly missed the start of the Stadium walk-round. Even if you've only got a passing interest in football this visit's well worth it !! Dead easy to get there on the metro too .... straight opposite the station exit.

ESTADIO DO DRAGAO, PORTO, PORTUGAL is a must visit site for football fans
ESTADIO DO DRAGAO (= Dragon’s Stadium) in PORTO, Portugal is a very nice football stadium, which after its renovation in 2003 (for UEFA Euro 2004), is the official stadium of the very good team FC Porto and therefore is a must visit site for football fans. With a seating capacity of 50.000, with many international matches played here, has a rich history and reputation among football fans [ e.g. UEFA Euro 2004 (first match Portugal vs. Greece, result 1-2), UEFA Nations League Finals 2019, UEFA Champions League Final 2021]. We have visited this wonderful football stadium (easily accessible by the Metro) and we liked it very much.

    Porto's must-have for a traveler
Even if you're not a fan of the sport, the experience of visiting Dragao stadium I consider as a must-have place for everyone who is traveling to Porto. Had such nice pics there and stunning impressions!

We did the stadium and museum tour. If you visit, I would recommend to pay a little extra for the audioguide, especially in the stadium. It was great to be able to see the presidential box and the dressing rooms.
The museum is great. It has a great setup, and is nicely lit. The music in the background gives a nice touch. It was espacially fun the be able to sit in a replica of the players bus :)
Would recommend. The stadium is easily reached by metro.

The stadium is easily accessible by metro or by a walk of less than half an hour from the center of Porto. I bought the combo ticket for the stadium tour and the museum. The stadium is renowned for being modern and very beautiful: the tour includes a tour of the field first behind one of the goals and then in the benches area, interspersed with a visit to the press room and changing rooms (only of the visiting team) and then conclude by visiting the public area reserved for the President. Well organized tour with the Guide who repeats each content first in Portuguese and then in English. The museum is very nice, well organized, perhaps even too long because after the main rooms that contain all the cups of the Port the visitor loses a little desire: the final part could easily be removed without the experience losing value. I really liked the main rooms with the cups and memorabilia of the finals, accompanied by the videos of the finals themselves that continue to flow. The tour ends inside the store where you can buy official products. It is not a very cheap experience (20€), so I would recommend it but only to fans and football fans.

It's a brilliant stadium with a lot of history, and the museum is remarkable. The detail, the artefacts, how interactive it is, really incredible. But, there are a few ways the tour could be improved...

- The group we were in was massive, so we spent a lot of time waiting for people to catch up. This included having to stand in the sun at the top of the stairs, and waiting for batches of people to fit into the one lift that was available.

- You can't go into the home changing room, which is perhaps understandable but on other stadium tours we've done it wasn't a problem.

- The guides don't offer anything beyond saying where you are (which is of course usually very obvious). There is an audio guide available but other reviews suggest it's not worth the money, so we didn't buy it. Again, other tours have guides who add to the experience and answer questions.

A boring money trap. The audio guides are a waste of money because A. They contain no useful or interesting information apart from what the guides also tell you, B. The museum contains a lit of audio and music which interferes with the sound from the audio guide.
I should have gone to the Sea World.

Didn’t exactly ‘skip the queue.’ Had to queue to show them the trip advisor booking. So you may as well just turn up. You can’t book a particular time, you’ll get put on the next tour. They run hourly. You need an hour in the museum, it’s really well presented and there’s some interactive installations. The stadium tour was a bit short, we didn’t get to see the home dressing room, only the away one. But overall if you’re a football fan it’s well worth a visit.

Really enjoyable experience visiting FC Porto- booked stadium tour online and met with no issues on arrival. Tour was brilliant, with highlights including the away dressing room, presidential box and press room. The museum was vast and impressive, showcasing trophies and historical kits- we spent an hour in the museum! Really enjoyable as a football fan, but my partner who is not so immersed in football also had a fantastic time. Definitely recommend!

Far too expensive, you can't choose a ticket for just the stadium.
5 minutes in the stadium for 20€ per person is absolutely not worth it!
There is only a student discount on Mondays, a little unclear why not on other days. Staff were not very helpful

We are not used to visiting football stadiums, let alone their museums; however, we made an exception with this one and the truth is that we were not disappointed at all. We took a guided tour of its facilities (in English, because I think there is no option of Spanish) and its museum is a "past", with a lot of information very well displayed, quite interactive, etc. I would say it is one of the places to go if you visit the city. Also, access is very comfortable and fast with the metro, all lines will stop to it.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Do not be acostumats to visit football, face menys els seus museus; here, but, vam fer an exception i la veritat es que no ens will disappoint in absolut. Vam fer un tour guiat per les seves instal·lations (in English, doncs crec que no hi ha l'opció del castella) i el seu museu is a "passado", both a large quantity of information molt ben exhibited, quite interactive, etc. I would say it is a dels llocs a on s'ha d'anar if you visit the ciutat. Unless, l'accés és molt còmode i ràpid amb el metro, totes les línies hi will stop.

Interesting, but it was.
We have looked at many stadiums in Europe, but here the leadership was very listless and the English translation just "memorized" questions 🤔, were not understood. The recommended audio guide, which costs another 5€ per person, works poorly or not at all. Neither could the two companions help. If the group is not too big, you can try to take something from the English translation.

Awful the poor availability of the guide on the visit. Looks like they're flattened and bread-faced. All fast and without being able to enjoy every area. When you finish and have to visit the museum you are left without giving explanations, as if the ticket you pay for does not include this explanation of "now stop by and request a new audio guide for the museum". The visit is certainly the worst of all the ones I have made in different stadiums.
The museum is quite worth it, modern.
