This is the ultimate feast for all the senses. Dive into the highlights of one of Lisbon’s oldest districts—Mouraria. You’ll travel in a small group, which means you’ll have better access to your guide for questions, and you won’t have to worry about losing your group. Make sure you arrive with an empty stomach as you’ll try over 16 different food and wine tastings at eateries ranging from historic pastry shops to modern taverns.

What to Expect
Starting time: 15h00  (Please arrive 10 minutes in advance. We start on time)
Meeting Point: São Domingos Square (nearby Rossio), next the Star of David sculpture located in its middle
Duration: 4 hours
Stops included: 7
Stops Highlights: Fine grocery store, family run and ethnic restaurants, old pub, modern tavern, ancient pastry shop
Tastings included: 12 food tastings and 5 different drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
Distance: 2 km / 1,2 mile
What to wear: appetite, good mood, a bottle of water, comfortable clothes and shoes, adapted to the weather.
Physical level: Medium - The food tour involves a certain amount of uphill walking on cobble stones and climb down steps, typical from old Lisbon streets.
Dietary restrictions: The Portuguese cuisine is based on fish, meat, vegetables, dairy, eggs and bread. We can adapt the tastings to a wide variety of dietary restrictions but the vegan diets. Please let us know when you make the booking if you have any restrictions (i.e.: vegetarian, pescatarian, no pork, no fish, no shellfish, no alcohol, celiac, lactose intolerant). We can only guarantee the alternatives to dietary restrictions if they are communicated until 1 day before the day of the experience.

I was able to select within your time frame both on TripAdvisor and their website. Recommend using their website, tasteoflisboa. FYI, from their site - Starting time: 15h00 (all year) and 15h45 (from May to October)
