        Very disappointed with the service
We never went, because we mistakenly put the wrong date. I tried to cancel and reschedule, but no luck. The tour agent was very short and could not offer any other solutions. We lost 100% of our payment. Very dissatisfying. Terrible customer service.

        Week day visit, mid september
Endeless queues!! If you dont like crowded places and to wait on the queue please dont do it. Perhaps on winter time and during week days will be better. We went during week days mid september and still was super crowded. Never the less, the place is trully amazing and beautifull.

Si vous aimez les queues d’eurodisney
Worst experience in Portugal. You have to queue for min 30 min and no one tells you how long it will last, while people are skipping the queue. Then the visit is just one long queue. We had booked our tickets in advance to be sure it would be a nice moment, we will not come back or recommend to friends.

        Be prepared but is worth
Travelling from the south side east roads with signs until you reach Sintra… after that prepare yourself for the most annoying lack of directions ever. Entrance to palace is paid but apparently that money is not enough for proper signs. GPS will be confused mostly cause now it’s a single way drive and once again the entity that runs the palace doesn’t care about updating information. But once you arrive you’ll be presented with a stunning place and views. Fair climbs so come prepared with decent shoes for a good experience. Bring snacks and drinks cause the services are poor. Price is fair but the lack signs and information is shockingly bad!

A must go, over and over
I think that when many of the places are closed the price should be cheaper.. Taking advantage of not too many people for great pictures

        Beautiful palace in Sintra
We had a great experience here in this palace. We didn't get any queue to get in. The views from the palace are stunning. We will return for sure!

        Visit to gardens
Overpriced & shambolic queuing for bus to take us to palace. Despite brochure stating bus 434 from station you gave to get 2 buses at a cost of 34 euros for 5 people. Queue for bus to palace took well over 1 hour. Bus trip long & slow due to traffic. Not worth it. Would advise you visit Monserrate instead- less busy & gardens prettier. Suggestion - if you want to avoid long queue for bus back, exit palace gardens by duck pond lakes. It is only 3 min walk to bus stop you get get on here othetwise you will queue for 2 hours at the palace. Also by walking up the left hand side of the queue you can look at palace ramparts for free. Queues to get into palace were looking as tho they would take 3 hours.

        Material Poor, Spiritual Rich
Visited this intriguing Capuchin Franciscan convent and struck by its stark simplicity and tiny spacing. Garden most conducive to meditation.

        A Unique Beauty
Beautiful Place! The vivid colors, the blending of architectural styles and the various details on the walls and furnishings make this palace a very luxurious and exquisite monument. If I ever return to Portugal I would like to visit again

A very nice way of spending the day
It was very nice to be piked up at the hotel and then spending the day visiting all these beautiful places and learning about them. We were taken to a very nice restaurant for lunch, with delicious food. Really a very very nice day. Thank you all at Diversity Tours

Excelent way of visiting Libon and Cascais. We had a privade guide and driver and were able to see and learn so much about this small great country. Lisbon and Cascais, stories of spies and James Bond, we had no ideia. It was great!

        Very interesting and cultural
It was a last minut booking and we do not regret it. From the monastery and palace to the toy village and the fishing vilage, everything was great. Excelent food and wine, and a portuguese history lesson. Highly recomended!

        CHARMING LITTLE TOWN
My husband and I loved the the experience we had in this tour. We learned a lot about the Monastery and all the things it has inside, but we loved more the little fishing village and the cute houses by the sea. We were very lucky with the weather also. We didnt realise Portugal was such an old country with so much history. We have to come back. Diversity was an excelent choice.

        Wine, Food and Lisbon
My friends and I passed a very nice day in this magic city of Lisbon. We booked a private tour and it really was worth the money. We could never have found this great places to eat and drink without our guide, She did a great job!

it was a wonderfull day with only the 3 of us and our private guide.
We visited pena palace and regaleira in our own time, no rush and listening to kings and queens histories. seemed like we were there. Lunch was great too.
      A very well spended money.
      Recomended.
