Really good trip with helpful guides and decent kit provided. Only snag was how busy it was (we went at 1000 and the sea at times was packed with kayaks and small motor boats looking to get into the caves) Staff were helpful and happy to take pictures etc. and give lots of detail on the caves and scenery. G for the 0800 slot and it will be perfect and also a lit5le cooler!

Perhaps in the past this was better, but we got a cancellation email the morning of the planned activity. They said it was due to weather, but when we went to the beach and asked around, apparently kayaking is no longer allowed by orders of the local authorities. So I'm not sure how they (or any other kayak rental company in the beach) are still posting these.

While location was great the organisation was very poor. We were simply given a kayak and pushed out to sea with no directions on where to go, where to meet the tour guide, safety etc. The place was incredibly busy and there was an unfriendly/annoyed attitude from the guides. Very little talking from the guides about the area and clearly were just trying to get the tour over. No clear directions on how to arrive on the beach. Would recommend trying one of the other companies as this was poorly run from the start.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The guide did not give any instructions or lifesaving advices. We were left to ourselves to go intro the ocean. We did not spend time on the beaches as mentioned. Just 15 minutes on the first one. You will spend TWO HOURS in the sea. One of us al kat fainted and NOBODY helped us to go back. We were yelling at the guide but nobody was listening. Plus they are not frendly. If you want to have fun choose another company the other companies seemed way more better!

lovely trip out from Benagil beach. It was very busy with lot's of people going out on kayaks and paddle boards but still a pretty smooth process to get kitted up and on to the water. The main caves were also busy but getting a little further away things were quieter. Parking near the beach gets very busy but that's the same for all activities there.

Kayaking and scenery was beautiful. I had an accident getting out of the kayak on one of the beaches which left me with a lot of scrapes and cuts on my legs. A bit of feedback would be to perhaps give a little more guidance on how to safely exit and enter the kayak when you're doing it on your own in quite strong tides. The introduction was incredibly brief and the man also seemed frustrated with us that we didn't land back on the main beach exactly where he wanted us to, despite not actually telling us... all in all, definitely worth doing but be careful!

Very kind team. We were given the kayaks promptly. Great spot to visit the caves. Good idea to start at 8 am. We were alone in the caves. Recommend !!

First, you need to get there a bit early, the large parking lot is at the top & then you walk down the hill to the beach. Look for the yellow Umbrella & guys in yellow t-shirts. We took the 10:00 tour so there were still places to park, by the time we returned the parking was full. If weather is warm I would recommend the 8:00am tour as the water & caves were getting a bit crowded. All the workers were very helpful in getting our group ready ,in kayaks & on our way. Our 2 guides that kayaked with us were great, especially the guide named Lovely. They guided us all to each cave, the beach for a break & talked about the area. There were some who never kayaked before & I felt our guides did such a good job to make sure everyone was safe. They were very friendly & took pictures for us all. Never felt rushed. I would highly recommend this tour.

It was our first time kayaking, but Francesco was very helpful and present throughout the whole trip. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the whole area. It’s definitely a must try experience! 🤩 We would absolutely recommend it!! Hopefully we will be back one day! Big shout out to Francesco, real superstar!

Superb experience kayaking right the way into several caves with our guide who brought real flavour to the trip. We went at 8am which I think was the best time - the coast and ocean was getting very busy by 10am. The use of waterproof bags was a nice touch. The guys were friendly and helpful. But the star of the show was the cliff and caves - absolutely stunning. An unmissable experience.

Francesco took the time of explaining the kayak. Afterwards we went into many caves. Lots of time for pictures. Tip: Go early in the morning.

Recommend it to all, we loved it, was such a experience to visit the hidden treasures of our coast, thanks for the great service, we had a good time.. Will be back
