We have utilised the services of Blue Label Tranfers twice in the last few months for transfers between Faro and Tavira. On both occasions the service has been truly excellent in all regards. Excellent communication throughout the whole process on both occasions. Both drivers were very courteous and knowledgeable about the local area which was very helpful and keen to engage in conversation which was a very nice touch. In relation to both transfers the drivers were extremely punctual in terms of timings which was much appreciated. Cars used for the transfers were excellent in terms of cleanliness and style/model and clearly well maintained. In my opinion I could not have wished for a better customer experience and I would not hesitate to utilise the services of Blue Label Transfers again-they are brilliant in all regards. They clearly have an excellent business model focused on high levels of customer service so if anybody has any doubts please be reassured that the service is fantastic from start to finish. Do not hesitate to select Blue Label Transfers as the company of choice for airport transfers-you will not be disappointed in any regard. travelled from Faro airport to Alvor return arriving Oct 22/returning Oct 22. We were held up in Baggage hall ... exiting well after all other passengers yet driver remained waiting to pick us up. On return driver arrived ahead of time ready for our return

We booked a last minute airport transfer online and received an email confirmation detailing contact details should we not be able to find the driver at the airport. The money was deducted from my account. We arrived at the airport, waited an hour and asked other taxi drivers if they knew anything off blue label transfers as our driver was nowhere to be seen. We emailed/ text / what’s app and phone and received no response whatsoever. We then had to use a taxi on the rank and arrived an hour later than expected due to waiting around. Had we been a young family / single traveler or elderly travelers to be abandoned at Sam airport having taken money is a very poor customer service. We did receive an email the following day quoting their terms and conditions and the money was refunded but to run a business on automatic email confirmations and automatic payment deductions is not, in my opinion a great way too go about it when it is the start of someone’s holiday.

Unfortunately they weren’t there when we arrived (on time) at the airport. I called up and got through to a driver who said he was over 30 mins away. It was a very long wait before he eventually arrived and we finally arrived at our accommodation at around 1am. I appreciate unexpected things happen with previous flights being delayed but this wasn’t what we expected based on other good reviews of this company. We could have taken an Uber with less hassle. When he did arrive, the driver was courteous and the vehicle was fine. Just not a great start to the holiday.

Found this company on TripAdvisor, excellent to deal with. Arrived on time on arrival at the airport and leaving from our hotel. Would Def recommend 😁

Easy online booking, excellent communication via WhatsApp , prompt drivers and clean cars. Faro airport to Luz and return.

Booked a private transport to Faro airport and the driver did not show. We waited 15mins after pick up time and tried calling both the phone numbers provided in the booking email. We tried several times but all calls were diverted to voicemail or flashed up “user busy”. Thankfully our hotel was able to call for a taxi instead which collected us 20mins later. At this point the transfer had still not turned up and we had no contact from the company. I received a message several hours later stating that the driver had died of a heart attack and that “no bad review could bring him back.” This seemed like a very odd thing to write in a text message and I really hope this is not the case and that the driver is okay. I can see from other reviews on here and on Google that other clients have had similar experiences with this company. I would avoid as this made quite a stressful end to our wonderful holiday.

After reading glowing reviews I decided to book with Blue Label Transfers. Pick up was fine, the driver was waiting for us with my name on a card. He did complain about the road we were staying at because it was very narrow and would damage his tires, and arranged to pick us up on our return to Faro nearby. That was fine with us, only he didn't turn up! - No text to confirm he was on his way, unlike other taxi firms I have booked when travelling abroad. I eventually rang Blue Label who told us that the taxi driver had forgotten about us! - He said that it wasn't the fault of their company but the taxi driver. - I couldn't understand this - I had booked with Blue Label and they had let me down. They did however, contact another taxi firm who picked us up (late) - and we got there eventually. Would not recommend this company at all, and will not use them on our next holiday!

An very good service used for a transfer from our hotel in Tavira back to the airport. Our driver turned up a few minutes early which saved any stress and was pleasant and friendly. Booking process was also very easy - would definitely use this company again if in the area.

On time (early actually), kind, professional and thoughtful service. Car was also very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend and personally would only use this service.

Absolutely faultless transfer service. Driver arrived 5 minutes early, the car was immaculate, the journey was comfortable. It felt more like a chauffeur service than a regular transfer. Highly recommended!

Very very good service ! I highly recommend ! I was late leaving the airport due to immigration hold up from traveling during the pandemic. My driver waited for me, helped me with all my heavy luggage, let me use his phone to contact my Airbnb and even helped me locate them and checked to make sure I was okay. This was all very late at night and I couldn’t be more grateful!

Excellent service, very easy communication, good price and friendly driver. They made sure that we and our bicycles were transported safely and in time. I definitely recommend this company and will use it again if we need a transport.
