Overview
It’d be a shame not to explore on two wheels when visiting one of the world’s most bike-friendly places. Tick off ample attractions—even in limited time—on a cycle tour of Amsterdam, which provides a great introduction for first-time visitors. At a relaxed pace suitable for all fitness levels, travel along the Amsterdam Canal Ring, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and stop at landmarks without the hassle of parking.
What to Expect

Your tour begins at a designated meeting point in Amsterdam city center, where you greet your guide and receive a safety briefing. Get to grips with your bike and then set off on a designated cycle path along the canal. Glide past recognizable attractions, such as Magere Brug, otherwise known as Skinny Bridge, and Rijksmuseum, and pedal through Vondelpark, the "green lung" of the city.

Stop to listen to insider commentary about neighborhoods, such as Jordaan and Oosterpark, and receive recommendations sure to enhance your vacation. Your tour concludes at your original departure point, where you bid your guide farewell.

Amsterdam has more bikes than people!

Getting around in Amsterdam by bicycle is the norm for most of the population, but if you are not used to the congestion of the sidewalks and bike paths: traffic, pedestrians, and scooters -- beware! This does require a certain amount of agility and biking...More

We were really looking forward to our tour. When we arrived at IAmsterdam visitor centre to greet the tour operator they were not there. We arrived in plenty of time before 10 am, so we waited as we thought they were late. We waited for...More
