Our driver was courteous and friendly. He picked us up on time, drove smoothly through light traffic, and dropped us off directly in front of the terminal entrance. There was some confusion during the booking process where I entered our flight time as 9:00 am and ended up with a pickup time of 8:24 pm. I wasn’t able to see this until the payment had been processed. When I noticed the issue it was after working hours two days prior to the trip. I used the TripAdvisor app to send a message to the company requesting an earlier pickup. They responded before opening hours the next day with the new time so the problem was solved.

My son blessed my husband and I will a 12 day trip to Switzerland. Uri was our driver three times during our visit. Uri is so very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. When he first picked us up from the airport he would let us know a lot of interesting sites that we should make a point to see. When we were ready to leave we got lost in the train station and Uri was so very patience and kind. He came an found us. If you use this service I would strongly recommend asking for Uri. Our driver was wonderful. He arrived early with a smile and two bottles of water. Conversation was engaging and he was very personable. He even took the time to find the exact location of our arrival to airport hotel that google maps got terribly wrong.

Our experience with AlpTransfer has been almost perfect. Five adults traveling to Switzerland from the United States. We actually used the company for three city to city transfers during our 9-day visit. Each ended up being nearly perfect. Our 50-minute drive from Zurich Airport was excellent. Our arrival on British Airways was over 4 hours late. I called AlpTransfers emergency number to reschedule. At first, the agent said the reservation only allows for a 60 minutes delay at an airport. After Iclarified that I was expecting the company to understand my dilemma, not of my fault, and to reschedule with nearly 8 hours advance notice, at no extra cost, the agent conferred with the scheduler and manager. Happily, they agreed and rescheduled. Each time our driver arrived ar least 15 minutes early and was ready to go. They loaded suitcases, offered us waters, and made sure we were comfortable. From Zurich Airport to our hotel in Lucerne, Warner drove smoothly and was friendly despite the late hour. He offered to share recommendations about our visit which I welcomed. His sent me a note early the next morning that was exactly what I needed to confirm our pre-planning and fill out our experience. From Lucerne hotel to the village Grindelwald, our driver was again early and happy to load us and go ahead of schedule as we were ready. Although not as smooth of a driver as Werner, Andrew was very informative, stopped at our request twice during the 1 hour 45 minute trip. Once we stopped at a scenic spot for family photos and once for rest break and snacks. Each time Andrew asked if we were comfortable and never rushed us. He handled a costruction detour with no concern. Two travelers were a little motion sick on the curvy mountain roads but survived to see the beauty of the region. From Grindelwald to Zurich City hotel, our driver Alex was early and gave us a very effective and direct 2 hour and 10 minute trip . He handled the curves smoothly and the busy Saturday traffic. I would highly recommend Alp Transfer as a company, their drivers, and their fleet of Mercedes vans. The cost was well worth it for the no worries and ease of loading 5 adults and all our baggage to go directly from and to our destinations. We watched others dragging their heavy and small luggage from bus and train stations. Often, they're bouncing over cobblestone streets for long distances while navigating to find their destination. I was glad we weren't in that position and able to enjoy our destinations almost immediately upon arrival

We are a family of 6 adults and had a great transfer from Zurich airport to Lauterbrunnen station with AlpTransfer on our way to Wengen. Philippe was a wonderful driver. He met us promptly, helped with our luggage and drove very safely through the mountains. His 8 seater van was extremely comfortable with plenty of room for all of us and our bags as well as two sets of skis. Many thanks Philippe and AlpTransfer.

Wonderful vehicle, very luxurious, with great wi-fi available in the car. The ride itself was smooth with no problems at all, a little over 2 hours went really fast without any headaches or hiccups. The driver was super professional and courteous, even stopped at a wonderful sight sighting spot to let us snap a few pictures, and furthermore he gave us a bit of a tour talking about all the different spots around, and how the transportation systems works if we were to use them. While the driver was polite. I am very tall and need the comfort of being in the front seat otherwise my back will ache. I asked the driver in the beginning for the front seat. He came up with excuses why this could not happen, though the seat only had his bag on it. Luckily the drive to the airport was short.
