This tour was suppose to be a guided tour telling us all about the history of Geneva. Our driverAziz, although friendly, was silent the entire tour. We had to keep asking where we were and what was around. Further more he drove so quickly( not dangerously so) we didn’t have a chance to ask any questions. We requested the tour in English and although Aziz did speak English I don’t think he felt comfortable telling the stories of Geneva in English. As far as the fondue goes…… we took the same tour in Zurich where we were offered a bottle of white wine per couple. Honestly required to wash down all that cheese and bread. Here the restaurant owner came out and filled our glasses half way and took the rest of the bottle back to the restaurant. Honestly this was a very disappointing experience and not worth the money we paid.

Viator service was OUTSTANDING! Chat line was quick and helpful and I was even able to get a person on the phone on Sunday! But the Fondue tour was not worth the $350 price! Meeting point was not clear. Difficult to get into the cart, but it was set up nicely to hold the food and beverages without spilling. Tasty fondue but 2oz of wine for that price was not acceptable. No set tour itinerary. Guide asked where we wanted to go. First 10min were spent getting the food. We had to drag info out of the guide and he was difficult to hear. Save your money and ride the Hop-on Hop-off tour!

Our guide was courteous and knowledgeable about Geneva. We visited many of the popular spots and he took his time to give us the relevant historical background. He recommended places and restaurants to visit later which was appreciated.

We’d planned this trip as we had a friend visiting from Manchester and we all love wine! It was a superb experience from start to finish! Communication was excellent, and Welo arranged everything just as we’d requested. Our driver, Romeo, had a great sense of humour and navigated safely whilst keeping us entertained. The vineyard where we had our wine tasting was also superb - in a perfect location and with an expert to guide us through a great selection of the local wines. On our way back, we were even able to sing along to music we selected ourselves - entertaining the locals into the bargain! 10/10

Great way to see the city … I would highly recommend it for a short yet memorable experience. FYI meet right outside the park entrance. We weren’t sure as the map had us in different spots.

Driver didn’t provide any blankets or covering other than what you see in the picture. So make sure you are dressed for the conditions as there are no sides so cold in the wind in the winter. But was expecting a lot more history and overall knowledge of watch making. He only had 8 things to talk about, 5 of which were clocks around the area. Defiantly not worth the cost imo for 4 people. Buy yourself a Tissot watch and just take a walk around and you will be happier.

Very nice experience and driver ! Lot of information, nice tour of the Geneva Lux experience :) a blanket to keep warm during the walk and a hot drink (tea, coffee or mulled wine). An attentive team!

Yannick and Shariff were wonderful hosts. The chocolate was very good and you receive 10% off at the shops you tour. Very easy and would be good for all ages.

We loved the tuktuk tour. The fondue was delicious, and the driver was a lot of fun! He explained all the different Geneva Lux installations which was interesting. We could go in 1.5 hour to both sides of the lake and throughout the old town! I fully recommend it!

We went on this tour this my wife, our 2 kids and I. We had such a great time ridding the city, discovering all the 3 chocolate factories. Fred, the chauffeur, was really nice and gave us interesting facts about the city. Recommend!

I had the pleasure of rediscovering Geneva in a unique and memorable way, thanks to Welo and their incredible Tuk Tuk fondue experience. The ride through the city on the Tuk Tuk was not only entertaining but also very informative. Our driver, who was very friendly, showed us the hidden charms of Geneva I highly recommend it if you want to discover Geneva in a different way

I had a fantastic time! We were expertly guided by our friendly tour guide and were shown the beautiful Geneva countryside and the tuktuks are so fun. The wine tasting was superb and the owner of the vineyards taught us the techniques and delicacies of wine. I highly recommend this wonderful experience!

Incredible experience!! About a 40 minute drive out to the vineyard, but it was a stunning drive so it flew by. Our guide was friendly and informative. The winery was beautiful and quaint. For everything you get, the price is worth it (6-8 glasses of tasting wine, cheese and meat board, full glass, etc)! The Gamaret Rose was my favorite. Would definitely recommend when visiting Geneva!!
