Very nice tour. We learned many things about Lucca. Very small group. Only 6 people so it was very personal. Starts at Visitors Center.

Tour highly recommended for visitors new to Lucca who would like to find out a bit more about its history. The guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

I arrived at the appointed spot and there was no one there so I have asked for a refund. The guide had all my contact information but never reached out to me. I was very disappointed as I had received several emails regarding my prepayment but no email explaining why no one met me.

We had a terrific guide called Chiara who had lots of interesting information to share as well as taking us to the most important sites. This was a great introduction to Lucca.

What a lovely town! Our delightful guide Lucia led us on a terrific walking tour to get to know the city in more depth. Highly recommend!

The trip advisor link to the meeting point was incorrect so we were in the wrong place and it was a 22 minute walk back. Am sure tour was fab but we did t go on it, gutted.

Beautiful City, similar to Florence but not half as big and busy which made it easier to manouvere around and enjoy the scenery. Guide was very informative.

Vittoria, our guide, was very, very good. I loved how she took us through the physical evidence of Romanesque period, Middle Ages, Gothic, Renaissance, and Napoleonic within the architecture of the city fabric itself. And the relationship Lucca had with other Tuscan cities too. I felt that I could look at the city from a more informed perspective. Thank you

Our guide, Marta, was excellent. She was knowledgeable, interesting, humorous and shared her Italian history and culture passionately. She was also caring and considerate towards the people on the tour. The walking was gentle and the tour provided a good oversight into Lucca's history and main points of interest. There were opportunities for questions and discussion. A thoroughly enjoyable tour.

We very much enjoyed this guided tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. We saw many different sites and she provided interesting background on all of them. This a good value for the price. Our only issue which prevents it from being. 5 stars was the confusing directions on the meeting point. It is shown as being at a pizza, but in reality it is at a tourism office beside the Piazza. We had to call the operator to find out where we should go. I see another negative review where the customer totally missed the tour because they couldn’t find the meeting place. They really need to improve the directions for the meeting point.

Excellent and informative the guide effortlessly switched between Italian and English and was crystal clear in both.

Lovely tour around Lucca finding out about its history and tips for other places to see. Our guide was friendly and knew Lucca well. Slow, steady pace and a smaller group was great. Definitely recommend.

I would give zero stars if possible. We arrived to make the tour on the moment it was to begin. There was no one at the sight. Attempted to reach tour guide through mobile app and it would not connect. Waited almost 20 minutes. When we returned to the hotel, on WiFi, I reached out to Tour guide. I received a response that we must have been in a wrong spot. I explained we followed the map provided to us in the confirmation email that guided us to where we waited for the tour guide. I am still waiting for the tour company to “complete its investigation” before I receive a credit. I engaged in a different kind of tour in Lucca the night before and it was great with no issues. Clearly not the same company. I will update if I hear back from company.
